The beds weren't comfortable to sleep in, It wasn't a double bed, twin single beds were combined. We really struggled to sleep.

Olivium offers a serene retreat with comfortable rooms and baths, although breakfast is not provided. While driving is recommended for access, the property's serene location amidst olive tree plantations enhances its charm. From its vantage point, guests are treated to a mesmerizing bird's eye view of the expansive ocean and bustling city below, offering a picturesque blend of urban vibrance and coastal tranquility.

The accommodation is situated on the hillside overlooking La Spezia. The far view is exceptional and can be enjoyed especially from a large central terrace. However, we also had the opportunity to admire the view from the small terrace of our apartment. Especially at sunrise or sunset a beautiful experience. The olive grove cultivated by the accommodation completes the experience. Also very suitable for a trip to cinque terre. The accommodation is easy to reach by car. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and nicely maintained. The apartments offer everything you need. In summary, highly recommended.

Nothing. Going around is a bit more difficult as you need to take a bus or taxi but it's worth it as the location is beautiful!

Beautiful location up in the hills with a view of The Bay of La Spezia. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in a studio which is more than adequate for a couple. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobes and cooking facilities are good. Swimming pool is gorgeous. Shop and a local (good) restaurant 1.5km away. Our host was very friendly and approachable for any information needed. If u have a car and want to get away from the tourists, I can wholly recommend a stay here. We have been before and will definitely be back again.

The only downside on our apartment (the 2 bedroom apartment) was the rather small terrace at our kitchen, is was a bit tight for 4 persons, but there was a very large common terrace available too, but since we had to go outside our apartment and around the house to get there, it was not used by us to enjoy /breakfast/lunch/dinner due to too much stuff to carry ;-) The sofa was also not very comfortable, but we didn't come on vacation to stay inside in a sofa, so no real problem there...

the location was very quiet and peaceful, the rooms were exactly like on the pictures, everything was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Alessandra helped us a lot to make bookings for restaurants, boat, gave us tips where to shop and villages to visit too. The view from our terrace was fantastic and at evening we could regularly spot a wild deer, really cool ;-) The pool has plenty of seats and shade possibilities due to many parasols, which is also a great advantage.

For anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you should come and stay at Olivium. A property facing the scenic valley and the city lights could be seen at a distance. The rooms are spacious with all kitchenette amenities and a wonderful spacious washroom along with a private space with dining table and a sofa set with a division to your room. The property is beautiful and located on a hill. The laundry services are great. There is also an outer sitting space with chairs and umbrellas to give you the choice to seek sun or shade. We usually loved Walking around and enjoyed the beautiful pool side with ample number of sunbeds to rest and read in peace. Our greatest heartfelt thanks to the wonderful owner Nicola who went over and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect stay. He was kind enough to have us dropped to the train station which was situated downhill. Also, a great thanks to Florin who gave us amazing recommendations to the Cinque Terre Villages and what all to do at the La Spezia. Overall a wonderful stay with our hosts.

The ironing was not available in the room. It was possible to iron clothes only in the special room of the villa with the administration's approval. The employee was very nice and understanding and let the iron what was necessary, but as I understood, the ironing is not exactly included in the overall service.

The apartment was clean and cozy with an authentic Italian atmosphere. The view from the balcony was amazing. The outdoor territory around the villa was very beautiful and tidy.

What a location! Surrounded by the most glorious views. Wonderful pool in the middle of an olive grove. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner (Nicola) and receptionist (Alessandra) were in touch before we arrived, there when we needed them and invisible when we didn't. Thank you both.

Olivium is a very beautiful and clean property in the middle of the olive trees and close to the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. Our apartment was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. Nicola was a very friendly and welcoming host - he provided great advice to us (restaurant, supermarket, cities to visit, things to do). We can highly recommend Olivium.

We loved absolutely everything! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The host was very welcoming and sat down with us to explain where to park in town and what to see! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We loved that it wasn’t right in town but close enough for whatever you wanted to go do! We would stay here again in an instant!
