We loved our stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is in a perfect location and easy walking distance to all attractions. Thank you so much for the upgrade. The apartment is fully equipped with all you would need and is cleaned every day and anything used is replaced. It's worth noting that the lift to all floors is situated after 7 steps of stairs. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and will stay here again when back for a visit to this beautiful city of Verona.

There was an annoying light on my room that didn’t turn off so was hard to sleep

We only stayed one night

Only stayed one night but a modern luxury apartment, based in the city centre. Very comfortable stay, staff very helpful and we were able to check in early.

One drawback is the lift which is slow and doesn't go all the way down to the ground floor. The room was nice but a balcony would obviously have been a bonus.

Excellent location. Inviting, clean and decent-size studio apartment. Remarkably quiet despite being right in the center of the most tourist-frequented area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location for the cost was fantastic, you couldn’t ask for more. The accommodation was clean, spacious & luxurious for the cost. You would struggle to find somewhere in as good a location with the space & quality of facilities. Highly recommend

The room was big and very comfortable. The shower was good too. The location of hotel was excellent. Very closed to the Main Street of Verona and very closed to the Arena of Verona. A lot of restaurants near by.

Everything was good!

Opera apartment is the best place where you can stay in Verona! We made reservation for the room with balcony (room 9) and it was just perfect!The room is very clean and they clean every day and well design with modern furnitures and lighting. Balcony is like a garden and we enjoyed a lot. I travel a lot and Opera is in my top 3 list from now on! Very good location,just at the hearth of historical places Very professional and helpful service Reception Balcony Espresso machine

Nothing - everything was perfect

Lovely 2 room suite, spotlessly clean, great facilities. Good location near all the sights. The receptionist went above and beyond when the roads round the hotel were closed due to the marathon and we couldn't get a taxi to the airport. She took us and our suitcase to a temporary taxi stand a distance from the hotel- we would have struggled without her amazing help. Fantastic.

Couldn’t work the volume on the tv but that’s on us!!

The location was perfect , the room was very clean and modern . Coffee was amazing and the reception which is on the second floor was friendly . Super helpful for restaurants ideas.

It's difficult to find negative aspects. I missed having a comfy armchair (as we used the sofa in the living room as a bed). There was enough space in the bedroom for one such furniture.

The staff is great. Very kind and attentive. We got a vase with real roses in our room, which was a wonderful surprise when we got back from a walk. The location is perfect, it can't be better. I liked the balcony, it's nice to have a coffee there despite the noise from all tourists and cars. Very well organized place, worth another visit. We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it, except that they bring it to the room (pastry, coffee, etc.).

Location is great, very central but still quiet. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Staff very friendly, they even gave us a free room upgrade.
