The interior facing standard room we had was a bit small but very comfortable and did the job. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

A well appointed property tastefully converted from an old post office building. Interior atrium was wonder for drinks from the lobby bar and breakfast. The breakfast was well done. Staff was awesome. Location is wonderful. We did not eat onsite so cannot comment on the restaurants in the hotel. A little pricey but worth it in our opinion.

From the very first moment you step in the hotel the team makes you feel like a vip. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms are great, location excellent....but I cannot repeat enough...the service is the real stand out. I would travel back to Sicily JUST to stay there

We were invited to something they called Fish Bar. That was not worth the money. We had a few little teasers and one drink and paid too much for it at the rooftop bar, which was also rather uncharming.

We had booked a classical room but were upgraded to a two-level rather big room. This hotel is a proper five-star hotel. Everything is up to the standard you expect at five stars. The location is perfect. The valet parking works fine. They serve you a nice welcome drink at breakfast, which is very good. We ordered breakfast in the room the first morning and loved it.

If someone is going to Ortiguia this is the best hotel. The liacation, the rooms, the food. The staff was incredible if I have explain how they made our stay unforgettable, it would take all day. We are very grateful

meals are exceptional!! Dinner, to my surprise, was better than in a top recommended restaurant we visited in Ortigia. Food was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavours. Certainly would stay there again.

This was a fabulous hotel with warm and welcoming staff. Truly a 4 stsrs jotel. A beautiful facilty on the North end of Ortigia Island. Sumptuous breakfast. We stayed in a King bilevel. Huge room. Silvia, at reception, was fabulous as were the other staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there. In return, I had the opportunity to show them a few "tricks" highly recommended..

If you have a car, I would recommend doing the pay-by-day parking out front rather than the valet parking through the hotel.

Beautiful lobby, with restaurant, bar and very interesting artwork displays. The rooms we beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I loved the in room bath. The staff was helpful and cordial.

What a great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern and luxurious, the architectural style is amazing, the staff is one of the friendliest and most attentive ones I ever encountered, the location is perfect (within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the city center and a large parking lot in front of the hotel). This hotel is the best choice if you want to stay in Ortigia.
