We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThis is a very good hotel. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach, and hydrofoil terminal, with a number of shops and restaurants in proximity. The hotel staff and service were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and good size, though somewhat old-fashioned. The bathroom was clean, though a bit small. We also had a big terrasse, where we could enjoy some drinks with our friends in the evening. Breakfast was superb - I would rate it 11 out of 10! Overall, great experience on the magic Stromboli!

Great location next to the ferry. We had a large clean and colourful bedroom on the top floor with its nice comfy balcony and a stunning view on the sea and beach (east side orientation). This included double window glass so we did not hear anything at night. In the morning, the breakfast buffet is taken a few meters away from the hotel in a large and very bright room. It was delicious with a large variety of dishes (including local specialties) and fruits. With a machine offering all kinds of hot drinks. Overall a great place for a great stay! I really recommend and would come back with no hesitation.

United KingdomThe hotel is located in a brilliant place. If you're taking the ferry, it's only a 5 minute walk which was extremely helpful for us. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a good shower. As we were leaving early, the staff kindly provided us with breakfast an hour before it was due to be served.

United Arab EmiratesA/C was broken in our room but they brought a portable one. Was not as good but they tried. I was suprised when they tried to convince me that i should take a double bed instead of a twin bed when i am travelling with my son. "Are you sure you want a double bed" :-) I felt like I was a bit bothering them (when it was in the booking request) but they did it so not much to complain...

The venue was perfect for our short stay on the island (3 nights). Convenient for all that Stromboli has to offer. The room was simple but clean and more than adequate - aircon/shower etc. Breakfast was splendid with a generous buffet offering - just what is required to start a busy day exploring this lovely island.

United KingdomThe price of the room was high (it is august and it's Stromboli, so in line with the location but still one of the most expensive 3* I have even been to). No bidet in the bathroom was strange for Italy and disappointing. Other guests making loads of noise at night (slamming doors) but not the hotel's fault of course
The location is fantastic, especially for short stays. Right by the port, and walking distance to the village, the shops and the restaurants as well as nearby beaches. The onsite cafe is really great, with fantastic, friendly service (the ladies at the bar and reception are all super nice). The breakfast is so good, the most incredible selection of savoury bakes (I wish they had them for lunch!),the coffee is not good but everything else spot on (those cups with whipped ricotta and fruit!). Free and fast wifi and possibility to hang out during the day while waiting for a late ferry (with outdoor shower) was welcome.
