I didn’t like that I needed a code for the lift even I understand the security of it. But for someone like me who has a million thing to remember on my phone I didn’t have the energy to remember a elevator code and I was stuck when I had a flight to catch.

It was clean and staff was helpful and speak good English. They location was amazing as it easy to get around and explore Genoa.

The passive aggressive way the staff responds sometimes when you ask for city directions and help. Its not just one man habbit, looks like something in the culture.

The breakfast is good, the location is incredible. The amenities are pretty usefull, helped a lot. Great atmosphere

The bathroom could be a cleaner. At first, the shower was clogging, but after I raised the issue with the Hostel, they fixed it.

The neighborhood isn’t awesome if you’re visiting to explore Genoa but I was mainly taking day trips to cinque terre and portofino so the proximity to the train station was perfect for me.

This is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed at. The facilities are outstanding—big kitchen, gym, bar where you get a free welcome drink upon arrival and breakfast buffet with a super nice espresso machine. I stayed in a six person dorm and it was super spacious with a big, very nice bathroom, a huge full length mirror and below bed storage that has side areas for locks. Everything was clean and cute and the staff was so friendly. A block from Genova Piazza Principale it is super accessible for day trips although I wouldn’t recommend exploring the neighborhood at night as it is a little dodgy.

The balcony area closes quite early which is understandable but it was such a great place to chill only if you could longer

The friendliness of the staff was appreciated as they all spoke english and were helpful with any city based questions. But for me the vibe of its guests just made it an unforgettable experience as the spaces they create for the guests to bond is amazing. They have awesome kitchen access with free pasta and vegetables! There was certainly alot of cooking going on. I know feel like i have a home in Genova as i felt super comfortable here.

I stayed here for a week. I met all the staff and they were all excellent hosts. The rooms are clean and spacious with personal lockers below the bed. The common kitchen is great (3 stoves, 2 fridges, and all the utensils you may need). The breakfast was excellent. They have a place to store your luggage at check out. I would 100% recommend this hostel.

The breakfast was good but to give some tips. The milk could be served cooled. Now it was room temperature. Maybe more styles of bread. White toasts will not fill me. Also fruits where missing at 2 out of 3 breakfasts.

The personal was really friendly, and the shared rooms were comfortable! A lot of facilities.
