All the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Jonna!! The room was bigger and cleaner than I was expecting, and the facilities were quite clean. It is located near the waterfront area of Como, and 10 mins walking distance from the train station. Right next to the hostel, there was a 24 hour Carrefour market as well. Plus, I loved their common areas, especially the secret garden. Overall, I enjoyed my 3 days stay and chatted with many good people at the hostel.

The breakfast is terrible, avoid it! The coffee can’t be called coffee. Better go downtown, amazing breakfasts for €4. The place where they serve the breakfast was also smelly of the party the night before

It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a touristic place, so I don’t complain.

The location is perfect—very close to the lake but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I had a bed in a new and clean room, and the bathroom was great too. The best part for me was the Family Dinner organized by Cynthia. I had just one evening and one day to stay, but thanks to this event, I found great friends to spend the holiday with next to the lake. Thanks for this!

I've been on lower bed of three-story bed, the bed was comfy but it was just a bit short to sit on the bed.

The hospitality from the staff was AMAZING! I felt taken care of and right at home! I highly recommend attending family dinner if it’s on when you’re there. Met some amazing people during it who are now good friends :)

Noise up late night😅 but still managed to sleep

It’s my first time staying in a dormitory accommodation, and I’d say it exceeded my expectations. The staff are the best! Very accommodating and helpful. The location is also perfect, near to transport, restaurants, shops and just a short walk to the park and promenade.

I feel like the breakfast could improve a little. There were a couple of times where I came in and a lot of plates were empty. More diversity in the food would be nice as well!

Lucia gave me the warmest welcome ever after traveling for 12 hours. Loved her sense of humor, you can tell she truly cares for the guests and wants them to have the best time possible. I had the best time during the group picknick she organized near the lake. The hostel itself is lovely, there’s room to be social but there’s also a ‘secret garden’ if you want some time for yourself. The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the harbor and city center.

From the moment I arrived to the moment of leaving I was looked after as a family member. The staff couldn't be more friendly and supportive and the hostel atmosphere was superb. I have stayed in many hostels around the world but in terms of hospitality this is on of the best ones to date. Facilities were great, rooms and toilets were very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was top class. Also provided free snacks, fruits and coffee/tea was such a lovely touch. Thank you to all!

This was my first hostel I stayed in to start my solo travel journey and I would've not wanted it any other way! The staff, the hostel, the people everything was just amazing! They had events you could participate, you got a free drink, there were free food to cook with in the kitchen and so much more. I would stay there again for sure ☺️☀️

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The next day, I was able to leave my luggage and travel around comfortably. It is very advantageous because its location is beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the USB port near my bed didn’t work. I didn’t have a converter either me so my devices when without charge. I reported on check out but I got there so late that it wasn’t worth it to report it that night. I’m sure they will take care of it.

Great short 1 night stay. Welcome drink was a nice treat and the patio and kitchen were perfect. The staff were my absolute favorite of my trip. They were so kind and helpful and friendly. I wish I stayed longer.
