We stayed one night at Ostello Bello, it was very nice stay although was bit noisy outside the building on the street because there was a party, the staff were very nice and especially Dodo he is a nice and welcoming guy we didn't feel like tourists we felt like we are in our country and the staff speak very well english which is important for communication. The location was very good just 10 min walking to the Duomo close to the metro M1 line and close to the Navigli canals. I really recommend this hostel.

Everything was amazing! the staff is really friendly and well trained to deal with all sorts of situations :) I would only suggest to install an air extractor in the bathrooms, It gets foggy every time someone takes a shower ;)

Reception lobby is very nice! I spent the day working from there and the wifi connection worked really fine. Drinks and food is great! available all day and if you're tempted by something else, there are tons of options around.

A bit too loud at night, I can hear the party noises from street.

The location is amazing, right in the beautiful center of Milano. The staff was really friendly and the room was good, with an own bathroom/shower. They also have evening events in a downstairs area which can be fun to join.

Unfortunately guests who snore, are inconsiderate of others, eg shutting window so no fresh air. But staff can't determine guests, so certainly not blaming them. They were fantastic.

Conveniently located, close to Duomo Cathedral and stations. Very welcoming and lively. Staff led by Gab were friendly, helpful and generous. Ostello Bello puts other hostels to shame. Guinness on tap! What a bonus. Thank you to Gab and staff such a good experience.

It's a very friendly place, easy to meet people, lots of amenities. Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and comfy. Absolutely awesome place to stay. They really make an effort for you to have a good time.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The things I like about OB is countless :) The location is amazingly perfect! Very centered-you can walk to Duomo, close to the metro station, supermarket, restaurants, bars/pubs, gelato around the hostel and they are open late at night. Breakfast is quite good. They serve eggs, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, bread, fresh croissant, jam etc., coffee, mango & orange juice. There is a water and an americano machine in the common area, so whenever you want, you can get it for free. They are functioning 24/7. There is a kitchen. They provide guests free pasta, garlic and pasta sauces. They also provide you cooking utensils, so you can cook yourself meals anytime you want. There are two minibars, you can store your food there by labeling it. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

Fairly expensive for a hostel, beds weren't the comfiest but was made up for by the quality of service. Best hostel I've stayed at worldwide.

Super friendly staff. Reasonable prices at the bar. Free coffee all day. Taxi booking services. Very clean facilities. Free drinking water. Secure facilities.

Bit expensive per night for a hostel so not great value for money. Didn't have any cold milk out for breakfast so needed to keep asking for it behind the bar

Good safety with having to use a digital key to unlock your bedroom door and other doors in the building. Really friendly staff and happy to help with any issues and great vibe in the place with a lot of people from all over the world

Only bed was slightly discomfort because of the hard mattress and thin pillow. Breakfast was just acceptable.
