there was a homeless guy who was begging around the local streets, but he was harmless if you ignore him. The single beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, there is a events place up the road and you can here music until late and the people come out late at weekend being loud.

We arrived and called the number was met by the owners friend Gianluca. He is a lovely chap , very helpful and knowledgeable. The local streets around were OK, The underground station to get to center district stations (Spagna etc) was a 10 minute walk away( we went for the Manzoni stop as the Vittoria Emanuel by the park was closed) The Colosseum was a 10 min walk through park which was lovely. There was a charming rustic restaurant a 5 minute walk away and a bakery / coffee house for morning pastry and coffee. The Santa Maria Maggiore is a 10 min walk which is breath taking/ beautiful.

What a great place to stay in Rome. Paola was awesome, and the apartment exceeded all expectations. Not only did Paola greet us as soon as we arrived at the apartment, but she arranged for a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport. The location was awesome! We were no more than a five minute walk from the Coliseum, Santa Maria Maggiore, and public transportation. The location was a great jumping off point for all of the locations that a tourist would want to see.

Nothing to not like really, it was a fantastic budget stay in a nice area. If we stayed in Rome again we would perhaps chose a slightly more northern location because we were only really near the Collusuem - but we still were able to walk to all the main tourist spots with ease from here.

Stayed for a long weekend for my husband's 30th in Feb 2024. It was lovely to have a base near a metro and some shops. The apartment is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to navigate too and it was lovely to be met with the keys, a map and some advice about the city!

The apartment was clean, with a small kitchen. The kitchen has 2 burners and the most necessary utensils. If you plan to cook, there is salt and sugar in the kitchen, but no oil. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum and Capitoline Hill. Other sightseeings also in a walking distance if you like longer walks. metro stations are also nearby. Close to grocery stores and various cafes and restaurants. The bed seemed very comfortable, the heating worked perfectly - it is adjustable, it really helped to dry shoes and clothes after the rain. So, we liked our stay in the apartment very much. Perfect.

Everything - appartment was well appointed with everything you could want - very clean and comfortable great location 10 minutes walk from Colloseum and 10 minutes from Vittorio Emanuelle metro station - security and entrance doors very secure two bathrooms was also a bonus

The apartment is close to the Colosseum and to the subway station. Well equipped and very atmospherical place. We were in the apartment in January but there was warm inside. The host is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

To be honest, we are out all the times and only get back at 9ish every night. We didn't spent a lot of time at the apartment so it worked really well for us. We couldn't find anything we didn't like.

The host arranged the taxi, met us at the apartment and it all went very well. We are a group of 8 (4 adults & 4 children). Although it was listed as a 3 bedroom apartment, one of the room was actually the lounge which it didn't really matter much to us as the apartment is quite spacious anyway. Location is only a short walk (5min) to the Colosseum. Quiet residential area. Would recommend it.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings; beautiful pre-war building. Plenty of space for a larger group of travelers, great location. Very well equiped kitchen. We had early check in thanks to the host, although it is written that check in is after 3 p.m

The only thing that was missing was maybe some basics in the kitchen like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea? Bathrooms were great.

A really lovely apartment exactly as depicted in the photographs. Lots of space and so close to the Colosseum. Some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Maria could not have been more friendly and helpful! :)

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for for our stay. It was close to everything (very close to the Colosseum), the space was nicely laid out, clean, and quiet. The host met us with the keys and gave a nice summary of places to go for food, how to get around town on public transport and how to contact them if we needed anything.

Paola was very quick to answer any questions we had leading up to our stay. We enquired about the best mode of transport from the Airport to the apartment and she kindly set up transport for us at a very reasonable price. We were met on arrival and given a map highlighting the main tourist attractions and also great suggestions for restaurants.

The kitchen has very little to use other than salt and sugar so if you are wanting to cook, it is difficult unless you buy everything you need.

This is great place to stay with a group. The location was fantastic and it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was an exceptionally pleasant stay!

We liked the separate bedrooms for us and our children. The kitchen was well stocked. It is very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Paula was wonderful to work with.
