The most impressive feature of the hotel is the beautiful rooftop deck with a stunning view of Rome! Breakfast up there was wonderful! All the staff are excellent!

Maybe it is just an Italian thing but we did have to ask for the tea and coffee in the room to be stocked up a few times.

My wife and I stayed Otivm Hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we walked in the staff were very helpful, especially Luca. The location of the hotel is brilliant you could walk to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel has an amazing rooftop where you have breakfast in the morning or a cocktail in the evening while the sun goes down over the city.The breakfast was lovely with a big selection to suit all tastes. I would definitely stay at Otivm again

The room was spacious, very clean and very stylish. Also super quiet. You certainly got what you paid for - it's not a cheap hotel. The prices is easily comparable to a 5*hotel room.

Unpleasant receptionist. We find her rude. Not the italian hospitality to be expected. No place to hang coats. The room only has one wardrobe where both clean clothes and dirty clothes meet.

The size of the room is good. I have been coming to Rome for the nth time and the room we have has a good size. The hot and cold shower is very good. Doesnt take time to heat the water.

We loved this hotel. Firstly the location is incredible. It's so central, safe and easy to walk to all parts of Rome. The staff were fantastic, we had a very warm welcome and the reception staff were very friendly and gave us some great advice too. Our room was great. We were on the 2nd floor and it was a spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a great size bathroom with a massive shower. There were slippers and dressing gowns. Everything was spotlessly clean. And the TV had chromecast so when we were back in bed exhausted from all the walking and full of pasta we could stick on Netflix and chill! The rooftop bar is stunning, make sure you head up for drinks and nibbles. The view is breathtaking. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Selection of food on the roof top in the late afternoon/evening was somewhat limited. Prices of wine/drinks in the evening are on the expensive side compared to prices in the area.

Location to sites was very close and convenient. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The roof top was very nice and breakfast on the rooftop was very good and reasonably priced. ALL of your staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was the best part. Right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to wherever we needed to go. It was the perfect boutique hotel, and the room was nice and large. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful.
