Just be aware that the hotel is located in the historic part of Sirmione so you cannot access it easily. If you are travelling via public transport you need to take a specific shuttle bus in the center of Sirmione, which will take you close to the hotel.

We had an amazing time in Sirmione and the hotel was part of the great experience. The location is straight at the lake so you can enjoy a great dinner with the sunset. The rooms were clean and also with air condition, which is nice in the warmer weather. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not a reflection on the hotel at all. I'm a light sleeper and our room had a window which opened onto the alley out the back. The bin men came and collected the rubbish early every morning we were there (Sat + Sun) so maybe something to bear in mind.

Hotel was perfectly positioned right in the middle of the popular tourist area of Sirmione, with lots of activities within walking distance (the Roman gotto/villa with gardens, museum, a bar & little beach at the end of the island, Castle, plenty of restaurant & shopping, boat tours around the island). There was a barrier down by the castle to prevent unauthorised vehicles through so our taxi dropped us off there, however it was no hassle to walk with our bags over the bridge and through the crowds to get to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was beyond my expectations - the pictures online don't do the hotel justice. We needed to catch an early taxi on Sunday morning and the staff on reception called and arranged it for us. As it was early the taxi was able to meet us right outside the hotel. The hotel has seating for the restaurant on its own pier which was a wonderful treat in the evening to sit on, with the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was a fantastic spread with plenty of options, including toast, yoghurts, cold meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries, cake etc. We arrived via taxi in mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the island was busy.

One of our best experiences in Italy. The location is excellent, literally on the beach and the water. I recommend room #50, with a magnificent view of the lake, a huge terrace with sunbeds and a tablet with chairs. The breakfast was excellent, as well. Highly recommend this place 🙂

The room we had was not one we had seen in the pictures, it was a little basic. The double bed was very firm and only one pillow each. There is no tea/coffee tray and no cups or glasses in room so had to buy plastic bottles of water from local venders. Only one hot drink per person was offered at breakfast also.

The lake view balcony though small was lovely, at breakfast they had a wide range of food on offer and you could choose to sit inside or outside. The restaurant, although a little more pricey than some others around, was lovely. Sirmione was a wonderful place to visit and the hotel is in the old town, a lot of the others we had looked at were not. Well worth a visit. Cleaners were in daily to change beds and empty bins.

Excellent position in the old Town. Wonderful breakfast on the waters edge. They happy to look after your bags after check out. Transfer from where you leave your car worked well. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a balcony.

No, everything exceeded our expectations

The location of hotel Pace is absolutely perfect. My mother and I were so very fortunate to have a room with an idyllic view of the lake, it was magical! I cannot thank the staff enough for arranging this room for us! With bird song in the morning, to wake you up and classic music from the restaurant downstairs at sunset , everything about our stay was special. The sunsets stunning!! The breakfast staff are all great, they smile when they see you.
