Lovely host, breath taking views, adorable accomodation! Absolutely loved our stay, room had everything it needed, whole venue felt very cozy and comfortable. You could sense that the host has put their heart and soul into it.

Beautiful location with views from the terrace. 10 minutes walk into Montepulciano and nearby a very good restaurant. Lucia was very kind and even came to find us when our sat nav took us to the wrong place. Breakfast was excellent.

The walls are pretty thin…in early mornings you hear the sounds from the commonn room where host prepares the breakfast.

Gret location, nice room with big terrace and amazing view. The host is very nice. Breakfast is good.

WiFi could be a bit stronger but not a huge dealbreaker

The views of this family-owned and operated agroturismo were incredible. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine overlooking the Tuscan valley. We also enjoyed Lucia’s breakfast. Everything was fresh and personal to our preferences that she asked about the day we checked in. The fresh air, chirping birds, fresh coffee, and sunlight made for the perfect start to our day. I also loved that we were only a few minutes from town (but still felt like we were away from town). Lastly, Lucia also farms olives and produces her own olive oil. We bought some to bring back to friends and family - it’s delicious!

It was the best accommodation I’ve ever been to! Lucia is a very kind and helpful person. The location is perfect! The city center of Montepulciano is reachable within a walking distance and the neighborhood is very silent and you can definitely relax here and enjoy the view. It’s close to other beautiful tuscanian towns like Pienza or Siena. Also, the breakfast was delicious and it was great to eat some Italian ham and cheese. I’m definitely coming back here in the near future!

Nothing was disagrreable!

Lucia is a wonderful hostess who is rightfully very proud of her family farm! The breakfast and the setting is just perfect. The cleanliness is immaculate and the location is a perfect base to explore tuscany.

Absolutely perfect

The Pacifico holds true to its name , very peaceful, close to everything. Great breakfast with homemade baked goods every morning! Lucia was a wonderful host Giving us ideas , places to see and making us feel like home ! Definitely a favorite.

Curdled milk

There were superb views from the little garden areas around the accommodation and recliners and table and chairs were provided. The room and bed was very comfortable with a King size bed and a fan was also provided which was welcome in the summer heat. The accommodation was a 5 minute walk from the bus station and easy to find on.foot. The nearest city wall gate marking the entrance into the town of Montepulciano was around 15 mins walk and all up hill which was fine for wondering back down after an evening meal or day exploring. Breakfast was well laid out with a range of savoury cheese, meats and yogurts and was served from 8am onwards. The owner was not present so if you weren't at breakfast sharpish your coffee may be a bit cooler and stronger. On one ocassion the milk had also curdled, it may be easier to leave milk in the fridge but this was just one morning. There was a pizza/bar within 5 minute walk which we visited one night when we couldn't be bothered to.walk up the hill (too.much wine tasting) and this was great too and an easy option..

A short walk from the busy town centre, quiet, a homely space and Luciana went out of our way to make us feel welcome We had a delicious and personalised breakfast spread everyday. We had our own outdoor tables to relax in the shade during the hot hours of the day.

The location is beautiful and the view is amazing. Lucia is an amazing, hardworking and kind host. The breakfast is very nice and everything is very neat, clean and hygienic. We bought some olive oils from their own property as well!

Not being able to use the stove, as we specifically looked for a place with kitchen. However it was so hot we weren't hungry most of the time :D Plus there are many tasty restaurants in Montepulciano, so it was bearable. One more downside was that the fan in the room did not suffice to make the room cool, but it was during the time of a super hot weather, I think during normal weather it would do just fine.

We had a private parking, which was very convenient, considering that Montepulciano is very popular place to visit, so otherwise you might have trouble parking. It was only 10 minutes from the city center. There was also a beautiful view, and we had a private patio. All of it was for a good price, including tasty breakfast with lots of fruits and local products. And did I mention the surroundings were just stunning?! It is also very quiet and peaceful. We really loved it.

Everything was fabulous. Lucia is so friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. We loved our own private patio overlooking the countryside. This was our favorite place in all of Italy.
