The view from the room was perfection! The staff very helpful & accommodating. Loved the Ortegia bath supplies and the yummy breakfast from a local bakery. Location, location, location!

There was a lot of loud music in a bar close by which was really really bad Don't stay there on the weekend or when the bar is playing loud music Went on till well after 1.30am

I personally didn't like the pillows because they were quite thick, but my partner thought they were great!

We loved our stay. The location was amazing. We had a lovely view of the water and sunsets. We had many choices of restaurants just steps away. The kitchen was very nice to have. Everything was very clean and the decor was great. the staff can not be beat. Else and everyone we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We would efinitely stay here again if visiting Ortigia.

Proximity to night club meant loud music on Friday and Saturday nights. This is not the fault of the property but just something to consider when staying in Ortigia.

Great location by the sea, new and very clean rooms. Charming decor, and very welcoming staff who were always available to answer questions and provide services and recommendations for what to see and do in Siracusa.

We visited Sicilly in February and Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel was an amazing option! The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect!

We found the bed comfortable but the memory foam pillows were not, for us. We did request softer pillows, however, extra of the same style of pillow was provided - I do recommend they have an alternative to offer.

Really happy with our ground floor apt. The comfortable outdoor lounge chairs and dining table, for our exclusive use, was a particular bonus. Really appreciated the extra touches such as milk and juice in the fridge and Nespresso milk frother, in addition to coffee machine. Staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant - lovely team. I do recommend booking the valet parking ahead of your stay - 30 Euro a night is not cheap, but worth it for the convenience.

The location was fantastic!! We could walk out on the terrace and were right on the water. An accordion player played at night, but in the room you heard nothing. Plush towels, water and juice in the fridge. And the staff was amazing! Great suggestions for meals. Patient beyond anything when we got lost. Would recommend

The place is located on the promenade with restaurant teracces which is very loud all day and night. There are street benches directly in from of the windows, which is a meeting point for young people after closing hours and they were very loud.

It's probably about time to update the shower unit - but the supply of hot water is very good.

Alfeo is a very pretty apartment with stunning views of the sea. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the staff are delightful. This was our second visit to the Palazzo Alfeo and we would never stay anywhere else. It's very convenient for all the sights and great cafes and restaurants.

Bed was very comfortable but not sure that the linen was pure cotton - think it may have been a cotton mix so a bit hot during what was a very humid spell.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Very spacious apartment for 2 people (think it accommodates 4 with sofa bed). Well stocked kitchen for those who want to cook.

A warm welcome by the staff who were friendly and very helpful. The parking service near the apartment worked seamlessly and was well worth the 25 Euro per day. The views of the sea from the apartment were sensational. Great location!
