Location was excellent close to everything in Florence. The gardens were a nice bonus. The decor and style of the hotel was classy. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful and kind. Extremely professional. Next time I come to Florence I will be staying here.

how could you not like it!!! There was nothing i would change about anything .

the location was central, as soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and made you feel very special.The room was very clean and you had every thing you needed.

Our room was overlooking the main street which was still ok but the rooms with a view to the internal patio are nicer.

From the moment we checked in the entire hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any of our needs. The restaurant staff was always welcoming and very friendly. We enjoyed the spa and well as the rear courtyard which was a pleasant way to relax after a long day. Housekeeping also did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean and fresh. The hotel is well thought out with very nice decor. The rooms were large for European standards and well-furnished. The bathrooms were good-sized.

loved every minute the staff were lovely , the hotel was spotless and modern , the complementary spa was fabulous . breakfast was more than adequate apart from would have liked an egg option apart from scrambled or hard boiled but plenty of other options . the facial in the spa was exceptional. the hotel is in a great position for sightseeing. loved the complimentary bar great touch . definitely will return

I can’t think of a thing - a perfect stay!

This hotel was wonderful - the staff was fantastic, the breakfast delicious, rooms clean and comfortable and location perfect! Close to everything Florence has to offer yet the gardens and pool area made you feel like you were tucked away from the busy city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Florence!

Hotel is centrally located. Close, but not so close that it is noisy and crowded outside. Facilities were great, breakfast great, staff super helpful (Andrea was brilliant), and the room very comfortable and spacious. We had a room with a view over the garden, which made it even more special. We'd definitely return to this hotel.

Dinner - the half board option was not very tasty. We opted to go out for dinner on the last night.

The room was a very good size with three quarter sized beds - it was also very clean and quiet. The spa was a real treat at the end of an afternoon's sight-seeing. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable oasis in the middle of busy Florence! Gorgeous place, friendly staff. We loved the spa. We ate breakfast the first day outside in the sun, stayed for hours! Food was delish. We also received a thoughtful anniversary present! Literally an amazing stay. I would definitely go back!!

The staff of the hotel are very professional and welcoming on arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful and is situated in a perfect location to walk into the heart of Florence and still be far enough away to relax. The rooms themselves are nice and comfortable.

Second stay at this hotel, first was for our honeymoon and this was for my birthday. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, facilities are wonderful and it’s very peaceful.
