The hostesses was exceedingly helpful. They collected us from the bus station, for free, and provided us with excellent suggestions for meal. She ensured that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and well located. Thank you so much Elisa.

The apartement was really beautiful and quite new! Everithyng was perfekt and even stylish. It was really clean, the kitchen is well equiped and there were even some coffee tabs ready for us. The host was really friendly and hepfull when it came to the check in process or for some excellent restaurant tips. The apaertement is directly in the center of Ragusa superiore. There were many restaurants nearby and we even had a free parking space nearby! So all in all it was a perfekt place to be :)

The apartment was easy to find and in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and many sights. Elisa was very responsive and a great host although we never met her in person. We chose to park in a parking garage a few minutes walk away.

We liked everything

Location is very close to the cathedral and the town square in the new town. The apartment was previously an art gallery with ornate ceilings. Elisa was friendly and helpful with recommendations on sights and where to eat. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with separate kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom was very spacious and the towels were fresh and fluffy. Highly recommend the restaurant Trattoria Da Luigi.

Before arrival, Elisa contacted us to ensure we knew how to enter the property. She had left water and cookies to welcome us, which was a lovely touch, as well as a travel plug. The decor was a beautiful mix of antique and modern and typically Italian, which we wanted. We had use of a coffee machine, fridge and cooker (we did not cook) and had all we needed to be comfortable. We lobed the traditional balconies and could totally block the light with the shutters at night. The bathroom was fab. The shower was powerful, and we had plenty towels for our stay. The heating/aircon worked well, and we could set the apartment to our perfect temperature. The apartment was located in an amazing spot, 1 street away from the Piazza with restaurants within 20 steps. Elisa recommended places for breakfast and dinner and was available all the time to answer questions and help us. We lobed this property and cannot thank Elisa & Giorgio enough for making our stay so special. 100% recommend this property.

The apartment is on a central location, surrounded by restaurants, bars and caffés. The tasteful design, the attention to every detail makes this apartment luxorious. Very convenient apartment, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Elisa was very helpful. Just two short blocks to Piazza San Giovanni where there are good restaurants From one corner of it you can take Via Italia to the lower city.

You definitively need to change at least the windows of the sleeping room, reasons are two: -to isolate from external noisy (even in June is not crowded yet), -to isolate from the external heat ( it was very hot so air condition worked a lot )

The apartment is in an historical building (2n floor) . The apartment has the ceiling painted and some antiques forniture. kitchen seems quite equipped even we did not use it . it is clean and confortable, very closed to restaurant and bars ( good fish restaurant just at ground floor).. Old 'Ibla' is 20 min walk from the house, very nice a panoramique promenade to get there.

Everything - all the details, decorations, windows, floor… the mattress is awesome! The flat is very well located with amazing views over the city. It’s very cozy with a lot of care in every single detail. We loved staying at Palazzo d’Autore!
