Very spartly interior design..funny colours (deep red walls and blancket). Much noise from friedge and when you opened the french Doors to outside, a grose smell of frying oil.... No cleaning in our 4 night's stay. No changing of towels witch was very work down, by the Way. Only room for two Sunbeds at the Terrasse for the hole Hotel.

It is placed just in the middle of Old town with easy acces to everything, but still quiet on the evening. A few minutes walk to great Restaurants, the Beach, the Harbour and shuttelbus to airport Trapani Birgi. Very clean room from start of booking. Renovated bathroom. A good bed! Very friendly staff. A Small Roof top terrasse sounded great.

Location is very god just a few minutes walk to train station and bus station as well as restaurants and the center.

- Spartan equipment in kitchen - No dishwasher - No washing machine - French balcony, - in other words no balcony, only a door - No ventilation, except window, in bathroom. Occasional sewer smell - No safe - No smoke detectors / fire alarm (That’s the way it is in Italy?) - Extremely small and slow elevator, - only for one person - Old (original) stone staircase, - that somehow great, but it was narrow and a little bit scary

+ Central location i Trapani + Well equipped apartment + Tiles on all floors + Cleanliness + Nice modern bathroom + Good working free WIFI + Air condition in living room and in the large bedroom + Good double bed + TV in living room and bedroom (but we didn’t use them…) + Elevator + Shared roof top terrace ! Will we stay here if we visit Trapani again? Yes, if we don’t decides to try something else ...

Lovely hotel in downtown Trapani. We had a very spacious room equipped with a kitchenette and large bathroom. Restaurants and bars are no 5 minutes away and the ferry terminal no more than 10 minutes on foot. The staff were really lovely and helpful, even cleared a parking space for us so we could park closer to the hotel. They went above and beyond to share tips and recommendations with us.

Not sure if applies all over Italy but in Sicily it is a pity no Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided. I couldn't even find a kettle. In UK that is taken for granted, perhaps one day!!

The Boss lady was twice very helpful to me and my needs so well done to her. Thank you. Also, having a lift was good.

Our room faced the street, and during the early hours there were people brawling in the street below. Thus, we were woken up and couldn t sleep because there was no sound proof.

The staff were very nice, and the room was exceptionally clean. The towels were incredibly soft and thick, leaving a beautiful fragrance that lingered on us for the rest of the day.

The narrowest of balconies, when I booked and been promised a normal one. The large shower didn t work and the phone shower was fixed up high. The lift too slow and it takes only one person at a time. We were on the 3rd floor. I missed the electric kettle

The location was great. Once one gets used to it, one can find, a grocer, church, restaurants, pubs, bus stops, the station all near by. The harbour and great promenade.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Palazzo Dei Corsari Residence. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met asap. The room was very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Another plus was the location, it's in a superb area as it's close to Trapani city centre and the port, not to mention, it's a few metres away from the public transport where one can easily catch a bus to San Vito Lo Capo, Paceco, amongst other places. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and an enjoyable getaway.

Dark stinky room, misleading terrace description - it was common instead belonged only to the apartment, obsolete elewator - you needed to push destination floor button continuously to keep elevator going up or down

The towels were dirty, nobody collected the rubbish. Nobody cleaned the floor for 5 days in a row. On the first night the water was cut off, we messaged the property and got no response until the next day. Nobody apologised for the water issue. There was no cleaning staff. We got the other towels on the last day.

I liked the location and the staff was polite and mostly helpful.

I liked the location. Our apartment was very nice and convenient stay for our group of 6 people. There is nice coffee machine and you can buy coffee capsules from the reception. It was useful in the morning. Otherwise we didn't cook but there was a well equipped kitchen.
