This is not a criticism, but people should be aware that there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the apartment. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might prove to be more challenging for those with mobility issues.

The apartment is large, impeccably clean (thank you, Michela) with a very well equipped kitchen and a huge private terrace. The location is first rate. Not too far a walk from the station, but right in the heart of old Monopoli. The host, Gianni, is incredibly helpful, doing all he can to make our stay enjoyable.

It was a perfect apartment, comfortable, large, quiet even though is was on a major piazza. It had everything we needed. The owner, Gianni, was wonderful and showed us everything in the apartment and even came to help us with bags when we left. It was beautifully furnished and superbly designed and maintained. We stayed for 5 days, and would have loved to be there longer.

We had the pleasure of staying in apartament no. 4. Wonderful apartament, spacious, perfectly decorated and equipped. Both the furniture and all the fittings of the apartament are of the highest standard. Cleanliness at the highest level. As a four-person family with two small children, we had a lot of space. The apartment and terrace had a beautiful view of the port and the old town. The terrace is located on the roof and is very large and beautifully arranged, with breathtaking views. Located right in the centre of the old town. The apartament is on the second floor, but the stairs were not a problem for us. The flat is located in the middle of old town but most of all was very cosy and warm! (stay in March). A big plus for the warm duvets and not just sheets and blankets as in other places in Italy. We spent a wonderful time in Monopoli. The host Gianni is very helpful, excellent contact, was always available. We travel a lot and this was one of the best accomodation we have ever had. Highly recommend it!

just one night it was a little bit noise, maybe from the restaurant downstairs; the staircase to go up is a bit steep, but this is quite normal in the historic center.

The apartment is fantastic. It is located on a beautiful square right next to the sea and in the middle of the old town. The apartment itself is spacious and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen. The private terrace is a huge bonus and offers wonderful views of the sea and the town. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful fully equipped apartment in the center of the action in Monopoli. Rooftop terrace was lovely place to relax with a glass of wine. Host was responsive and very helpful. Location was great.

Steep staircase from the street level to the apartment. The apartment overlooks a busy piazza which can be noisy at times.

The apartment has an amazing rooftop terrace with ocean views, we spent many hours up on the terrace during siesta. The apartment was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Gianni was great, helping us with our luggage. Central location.

Gianni is a wonderful host, the appartment is spatious and offers everything you need. Each has an amazing top roof terrace with splendid views. The location is great since you have everything at the doorstep and the first beach is walking distance.

This beautifully furnished apartment has private terrace with magnificent panoramic view for a whole city. Every detail is finish off with spectacular Italian taste by the host. Personnel is kind, hospitable and always willing to help. Apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious. We could not have more magical stay! It is certainly worth recommending.

The parking is quite tricky as you have to drive around a lot to get a free spot and take the bags form there. A lot of very steep steps to get up to apartment but the stair lift was a great help with the bags !

It was right in the centre of the old town in a buzzy piazza. Quiet at night. Lovely apartment with furnishings in keeping with the beautiful building. Immaculately clean.
