The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the bus that takes you to Palermo. It's possible to find free parking in the surrounding streets.

Parking was difficult but we eventually found space near the police station at zero cost.

The hotel was very close to the cathedral, which was important for me. The property itself was nice and very functional. The staff were also helpful.

no breakfast offered— not even coffee. And unlike what Michelin says: there is no private parking, both of which I’d believed were offered.

The property stayed open a bit past 8:00’for us when our plane was late — . They directed us to public parking and a good local restaurant.

No instructions from the hotel as to how to get there. We drove round Monreale for an hour trying to find a way into the hotel. It is a hellish nightmare of one way small streets. Even the local police coulldn't give directions, they phoned our hotel and asked them to come and get us. Then we had to walk over half a kilometre with our luggage (we're pushing 70y and creaky). This was totally unacceptable.

Lovely lady from the hotel who guided us from the main square to the hotel and the superb local police who called the hotel to ask for help (see below, what we didn't like). Excellent room which was super clean, spacious, and worth a very comfortable bed.

Amazing! The suite is spacious and clean! The location is really central and just a short walk away from all the places to visit. Would visit again! Ps: the pizzeria ( La Macina) under the suites is amaaaazing!

Tricky to access by car and unpack luggage. Garden belonged to a pizzeria downstairs, without free access to guest of Suites.

However, as indicated by a certificate at the reception dating back to 2015, the hotel used to be good. The room we were assigned was outdated, and the bedroom air conditioning was inoperative. The larger shower was also out of order, forcing us to use the smaller one. The room's floor was dusty, and we found hair from the previous guest in the drawers and on the bathroom floor.

The location was excelente.

Short walking distance to Monreale Cathedral very clean, quiet and comfortable. They did private parking for us.

Basically everything was very disappointing from the moment the CS welcomed us. She barely speaks english, yet her first word to my partner is "FATHER?" While pointing at my fiance. Then she followed us into the room and asked for hotel tax. I handed her the tax she was asking for but she did not provide any invoice for it. As the room itself... When you enter the room, you can see a large patch of bubbled and crumbling paint on the wall and near the area right above the tea station. Hair in the kettle, stained cups and teaspoons, a sesame seed on the saucer, VERY filthy hangers and minibar menu, dirty bed sheet (full of black fluff, mind you the bedding was white and beige), big chunk of peeled wallpaper, very soft and springy bed, got bitten by bugs during the night, the jacuzzi jet covers 4 of them are broken, the bath towel had a BROWN stain!!!
