Hotel with a very central location, they have their own parking (15€/night, you have to reserve it) which is a life saver, if you arrive to Ascoli by car. The room was a bit dated, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Quibbles - The internet was quite patchy. The pillows were a little limp.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Good breakfast. Very central location. Don’t try to park at the hotel, use the very convenient car park at Via Porta Torricelli just outside the centre of town.

A/C as well ventilation was working but annoyingly noisy and overall the equipment is quite outdated (of course other than historic pieces). I suggest putting some decoration in the breakfast room that was rather austere comparing the rest of the hotel. The staff during the breakfast seemed to be utterly bored by their work (compared to their friendly and helpful colleagues at the reception). Parking and orientation by car in the center of Ascoli Piceno is quite tricky but the reception staff was ready to overcome it. Overall, some small improvements can raise the hotel from good to wonderful.

The central position of the hotel, spacious room with comfortable beds. Sweet and savoury breakfast. The cakes were really extraordinary! Coffee machine in the room. The hotel is situated in an interesting Renaissance building.

Lovely - slightly run down - old palazzo in a great location in the centre of Ascoli. When our air conditioning unit broke down we were given a new room straight away.

a challenge to park even to check in but then car was valet parked. Hot water was tepid. not really worth upgrading room. our room was just a larger somewhat empty version of our daughters room.

No air conditioning in 37 degrees and the plumping in the bathroom made loud groaning noises! The shower was very weak

The air conditioning unit was working but not particularly cold in room #27?! Also I mentioned that the shower hose was leaky but a new one never appeared?! Lucky I needed to go to he hairdresser anyway as the shower power would not be sufficient to rinse thick hair as it stands.

Fantastic location in the centre of Ascoli off the Main square- Piazza del Popolo with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely spacious room and big bed. Fridge in room and tasty breakfast. The most helpful ladies at the front desk-Veronica in particular went out of her way to help me organise hair and mail appointments for a wedding I was attending.

This hotel is perfect for a stop in Ascoli. It is 5 minutes walking from Ascoli’s main square. The historical building completes your experience. Rooms are clean and breakfast os delicious.
