Directions on how to get there are very tricky but I think that is just Venice in general

Perfect location to explore all Venice has to offer. Lovely bar area to come home to after a big day of exploring. Wonderful breakfast each morning to start the day off well. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The eggs each morning were served very ‘wet’ which was unappetising. Not the property’s fault but there was a large group of German speaking guests staying who were very obnoxious and loud. Never heard the likes of the volume they kept up across their rooms at midnight.

Good location and friendly staff on reception. Nice and quiet around the property. Staff in the breakfast room were lovely and very helpful. Nice big rooms with contemporary style. Comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Gorgeous toiletries provided. Beautiful old palazzo.

The location near Acedemia is fantastic, also not too far from railway station and a vaporetto stop. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast too.

The room was a bit small.

Gorgeous palazzo! Very clean and updated. The breakfast had a lot of variety set in a beautiful large dining room. It was buffet style and the servers brought out the coffee of your choice. The comfortable and semi private patio was enjoyable to relax in after a day of sightseeing. We couldn’t have had a more pleasant stay.

The Breakfast was delicious . Both hot and cold food. Breakfast room was beautiful & A lovely atmosphere. The ladies and gents working in the hotel from start to finish were a pleasure to meet and so very helpful. Location is perfect and overall a lovely atmosphere there. The bed was very comfortable.

A beautiful, historic property with amazing architecture and design which has been sympathetically modernised to a very high standard. The location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Everything was exceptional.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast. The food selection was poor and the hot dishes were always tepid. The breakfast room itself however is rather beautiful.

Beautiful stylish hotel. The rooms are spacious and well designed with big comfortable beds. The hotel is very central, only a short walk from Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square.

The rooms were updated and modern. Very comfortable. The location was quiet but close to major attractions and the water bus stop. The breakfast was good and we loved the onsite bar. Staff was exceptional

Only complaint i would have is the hotel room was very warm but then we come from a cold climate so its probably not an issue for most guests.

What a fantastic hotel and an excellent location just a few minutes walk from water bus stop. There are two squares just around the corner with a host of excellent places to eat. The hotel was spotless with a lovely relaxing bar that serves a multitude of cocktails. Staff were very warm and welcoming, overall one of the best hotels we have stayed at and certainly better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in.
