The attention to detail and personal interaction was unusually pleasant! The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was ideal! The staff communications before and during our stay were very helpful as this was our first trip to Como. Breakfasts provided at Palazzo Mazzini were nutritious and fresh!

close to the train station but also secluded from the crowd during the weekends surrounded by wonderful restaurants, yu can rest during the day and go out several times. very central had a wonderful massage experience

Perfect location - a few steps from the center; lots of restaurants and coffee shops around; close to the lake. Nice to walk around the neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are renovated and very clean.

Parking was a reall issue. We had to search for parking everyday and walk at least 10 minutes to get to the resort. There was no gathering spot at tge hotel to sut and have a drink. Price was high for what we got.

New , very stylish hotel in the heart of Como . Great location and beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff ever . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was very spacious , extremely clean and well equipped with all essentials , big beautiful bathroom . Definitely one of the best hotel.

1. The smell of sewage in the room. We realized this was an issue actually across all Como and other regions too. 2. Church bells ringing at 8 AM. Be prepared. If you're not an early bird, you're not going to be very happy. 3. The walls are made out of paper. A lady was moving out at around 8 AM and was walking up and down the corridor in her heels. This was not cool.

1. The office admin greeted us and gave us good tips on restaurants/wines. He had a lovely dog too! 2. Spacious bathroom, specifically the shower cubicle 3. Hard mattress and decent height of pillows (this is always a hard one with hotels/etc)

Our room was a little small, but good enough.

The beds were very confortable. The bathroom big size with fenster and everything that you need. We had also a super small kitchen but good enough with coffe maschine and tee and also a small fridge. The location is susper, in center but also in a very quiet place. Diego and Hank were super hosts. :) The breakfast was supper, we take each day into another location ( you can take your breakfast outside hotel into different locations).

Spotless clean room with comfy bed and extra soft sheets. Great smell as you enter the place. Great and zen-wise deco with peaceful interiors. Definitely would stay here again. You can choose your breakfast among three cafeterias in the heart of Como. Great value for price.

Lovely room, small but clean and high quality. Upgraded us as it was empty. Very good bathroom and fab location - but loud in the courtyard in the morning but fine unless you want a lie in!

No parking on site however the closest one was only 3-5 min walk from hotel so easy to walk to/from with luggage.

Wonderful location. Great people willing to help with anything. Very clean apartment. Modern design. Attention to details (beautifully scented toiletries, good towels, water bottle, etc). Highly recommended.
