Breakfast scrambled eggs were icky - tasted funny and I saw no one eating them. Uneaten eggs were left on almost all the plates. The tub and shower floors were extremely slippery and quite dangerous. And NO hold bars. Stair corridor was dark and the flooring was all the same color, making it easy to trip or miss a step.

Location was terrific! Staff was great and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

We booked the 5th floor terrace room and the only small downside was the sloping ceiling on part of one side of the room. It was too low and i bumped my head a couple of times

A lot of noise r available to hear from the neighbors rooms and hallway upstarts as well and some noise was from the street area but that’s I understand

Prime location means you cannot find a place near by to get a coffee or authentic meal that isn’t designed to fleece tourists of their money.

Prime location for historical sites, piazzas, churches and shopping. Staff were really nice, happy and courteous and hotel very neatly kept.

Rooms are small and it can be loud at night with the bar next door.

The location can’t be beat. Everything is walkable & there are many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and modern but a bit on the small side. The entire staff was wonderful, from the front desk staff to the breakfast attendants to the housekeepers. They were helpful, friendly, & spoke English well as a bonus. It was just a very pleasant stay & a nice atmosphere. We felt very comfortable.

High end Boutique hotel, perfectly located 1 min walk from Piazza Navona and 3 min walk from the Pantheon. Very nice staff with high level of service. Rooms are large, comfortable and modern. Great buffet breakfast!

The staff were amazing - especially David - it had a lovely ambience around the hotel the rooftop terrace was fun and stunning - our room was very dark but it was a nice room - it faced an internal courtyard and backs of buildings so no view - hotel is awesome

Excellent location in the historic center, 2 min walk to the Pantheon. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. The top floor terrace was amazing.
