This is budget accommodation so be realistic about your expectations. Short walk to the station which was a big plus. 15 minute walk to centre. Some very good eateries close. Cinema show which I walked in for nothing posited across the main road.Not sure if there is AC here - but might get a bit stuffy in the summer. You have to pay in advance

Pretty noisy, all the windows face a very busy street and people are out very late. One of the two communal bathrooms were out of order, so a couple of times I had to wait for the one to become available.

Single bed had a slanted mattress, I kept sliding to one side. The queen bed should have a proper mattress and not two single mattresses out side by side. Super noisy outside, couldn’t sleep ;(

I asked for a room with balcony, but, even though there was one, we didn't have access to it from our room. The mattress was not for a double bed, we had two small mattresses on a double bed frame, very uncomfortable. Too many rooms too close to each other, so the night was very noisy and we could hear everything the other guests were doing. The door to our room was a glass door, so we would wake up every time some of the other guests entered the building switching the light on.

The size of the room was smaller than expected, but then again I wasn't looking for that much comfort; just a place to stay the night while exploring Florence during the day. It was also weird their way of leaving the key for you; those small security boxes, but they worked.

The location is very good, right smack in the middle of Florence and within walking distance of almost all the attractions. The place also had a sitting room and huge kitchen where you can prepare a meal if you want.

The room lacks care and it was nothing like any of the photos. The walls are dirty and the furniture very old. Windows and shower curtain were messy. Lighting in the bathroom was poor.

As far as cleaning goes, it was ok. Fresh bedsheets and a clean bathroom. The location is amazing, super central.

The rooms are very old, a bit noisy and not so comfortable. The bathrooms are shared with other customers. There is not a luggage storage room because there is no reception (it's just a big apartment by the way).

The position, the communications with the staff, the easy way to get into the building by my own. The overall cleanliness is good.

Despite having good communication with the “hotel” the check in was confusing and upon arrival there was actually no reception and it was a confusing self check in. After 25 minutes of finding the room, we were satisfied with the bed and bathroom. It also gets very loud at night time to the point the knocking on the door down the hallway sounded like it was on our door.

Location was superb. 2 minute walk from the duomo and surrounding attractions. Bedroom was decent with good facilities.

It was not as the pictuers shown on website. For sure -not the room I was given- singleroom. Walls were dirty, funiture very used and was randomly put together. The door to the room was slidingdoor- no soundproff at all. Bathroom was okay and in a better condition.

Close to the station and 10 mins walk to The Duomo and old Florence. Bedding and Towels were clean and replaced daly. Room was air conditioned as advertised rather than just a fan.

Information to find the door was clear, but also adding the fact that this street has two sets of numbers would make it easier to find. The photos on the website do not match the actual rooms. The room had a small single bed and a desk. However, the location allowed you to hang out the window and enjoy the busy street below. I was only there for a day and had no luggage. The door had a very basic lock and I would not use again as a single traveller or if I had to leave my valuables whilst sightseeing.

Location. Simple small bed that allowed me to rest for a few hours whilst in the city on a day trip. Bathrooms were clean and simple. Clean towel was provided.

Not clear from the listing that the two bedrooms aren’t separated by a corridor, was ok for one night. Couldn’t get warm water from shower, instructions left for shower were basic and instructed to ‘leave 10 mins’ between each person showering which is far from ideal. Not good value compared to other one night stays we have had an Italy, but accommodation in Florence is overpriced.
