Virtually no windows in our unit. Only very small window facing stair case . Shower was repaired and had little bit of mold due to using small tiles with a texture and many grout lines that had to be repaired.

I didn't like it called hotel but it has no 24/7 reception.

I liked the location and the possibilty of the parking. The building is beayutiful and the room was big and well equiped. Breakfast was fresh tasty with lots of possibilities. The stuff answered immediately whe we called and was very helpful.

Room was very nice. We´ve got directions to the accomodation and parking in advance. We had also troubles with towed vehicle - which Sarah helped us to solve at the minicipal police - many thanks for that. Apartment was very close to the main street, old town city center and beach.

Although the furniture is antique it’s very dark mahogany. The room has beautiful high ceilings and if they update the furniture, it would be exceptional. Plus, the bathroom had a very bad sewage smell, which they apologised for but still very off-putting. Parking was also complicated but finally found it. An 8 min walk uphill to the hotel.

The historic aspect of it being a palace and the location.

Air condition leaked but I’m sure this would be rectified. Breakfast times were split into two given the breakfast room was small. Not an issue for us but some may prefer flexibility with breakfast times.

Great location in the old town. Ana was an excellent host. Super friendly, responsive and helpful. She gave great recommendations and went out of her way to help. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and great location.

The location is perfect for restaurants, beach and sightseeing. Ana and Sara were really knowlegeable about the local area and so kind and helpful. We would totally recommend this beautiful palazzo!

Really not a negative experience but IF I have to list what would I like to have the next time, then here it is: Finding the parking, Really need to publish an hand drawn map of where to park (put land marks to recognize), I never found it, I parked at the train station so it worked out. Actually I recommend parking your car where ever you have to then order a cab to take you the rest of the way. Rooms?: I would of liked a place to sit like a couch or a love seat. we had one chair to share

Our bathroom was a bit run down , very small and had a bit of a musty odor. Clean but just old and small. Not at all a deal breaker but if you are a bigger person itv would be a tight squeeze. Just a heads up for you.

The staff was incredible! Super helpful and sweet. The location is amazing and breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The floor in the bedroom could have been cleaner. We found it to be gritty.

The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast catered for most needs and the staff member on the premises was very attentive. The room came with option of a secure car parking space, a rare commodity in the old town. The manager was very responsive providing a contact WhatsApp number and essential information, including photos, to guide us to the car park.

Lots and lots and lots of stairs, which is understandable in an old medieval building. But if you have health issues, please be aware that breakfast is serves on the second floor, without lift, and one room (ours) is on the third, which takes some effort to reach with luggage.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything. The private parking was extremely welcome, as the town is excessively crowded and driving around is difficult. Above all, we loved Ana, the cutest, most helpful and always in a good mood host.

Very cozy stay directly in a city center. Ana is a great host, she prepared probably the best breakfast which we had during our stay in Sicily. Moreover she is very warm, talkative and happy to help and recommend anything! Our room was supercozy! And totally quiet even though it is in the city center.

Everything, location, comfort and friendliness. The hotel was perfect, such a beautiful place and the location was spot on. Private parking just 5 minute walk away and only 10 euros for the day. I would highly recommend
