1. Thermostat in my room didn’t work. I was told that they could control the temperature of my room from the front desk. Not ideal, especially for a hotel that costs as much as this place. I’m not sure why they don’t fix it, especially when the advertised cost of my room was over $1000 a night. 2. Because I couldn’t control the temperature, I was hot at night. I asked the person at the front desk for the lighter blanket as all I had was a heavy comforter. For some reason, I never got a lighter blanket 3. Preferred the breakfast spread at their partner hotel Umilta 36, which I also stayed at during the trip. I had to rely on the waiter/waitress to come by to get more juice or water, which didn’t happen very often 4. Pillows were harder and bulkier than I like, but that is personal preference. 5. My room was right by the staff entrance to the kitchen. Was woken up a few times very early and very late by loud closing of doors and gangling of dishes and glasses.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of the nicest in which I’ve been fortunate enough to stay. A few issues made it wonderful instead of ideal, especially for a hotel at this price point.

With being British we like to be able to make tea in our rooms so that was my only negative no tea making facilities.

Location was fantastic so central therefore everything in walking distant. Hotel was done to a very high standard.

It was an amazing experience. A wonderful hotel. It is very beautiful, the service is amazing, the bed is comfortable, the food is very tasty. The location is amazingly convenient, 3 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes to the Pantheon and other attractions.

The hotel is stunning, Elegant, beautiful and very well decorated. A very calm atmosphere and boutique class. Wide room, well equipped and super comfortable bed, beautiful shower and of course we got top service by the wonderful and friendly staff. The breakfast and coffee were perfect. Last but not least- The LOCATION !

Beautiful interiors of a historical palace nicely decorated with contemporary art. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, wooden floors and nice interior design. The breakfast was delicious!

Unlike many who commented they loved the palace style I found the “art” was a bit too heavy. But it’s a question of taste. Also the staff could’ve been a bit more friendly at the check in when explaining why exactly they needed me to sign consent for them to keep my credit card details. I refused by the way and it was fine. The check out was smooth.

It’s brand new, everything is in perfect condition, there’s nothing better than a recently opened hotel. Bar is very nice, food is great.

Absolutely loved the staff here. They were so helpful and friendly. They all do an amazing job! The room was stunning, the shower in particular deserves a call out, it was so luxurious. The breakfast had some of the best bread I had in Italy. They give bread and pastries and then a full menu additionally where you can order eggs, muesli, etc.

It was the best hotel we have ever been to. We got a perfect room with a beautiful interior, bathroom was so spacious and impressive! Location is a huge advantage - really near to Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. Breakfast - delicious, fresh juices, perfect coffee. In-room climate control is not functional. You need to ask hotel staff to adjust the room temperature. I am temperature sensitive, (20-21C to sleep, 22-25C during day) so this was annoying, but they adjusted the temperature accordingly, thanks to the attentive staff. It was 28C upon arrival. Nice for the cool, rainy conditions, but not nice for sleeping. Maybe this will change? The hotel is new and apparently waiting for approval for their signage as of spring '24, so don't rely upon external signs. The address is accurate though, and on the main road, accessible directly by car on via corsa. But don't rely upon taxi drivers to know the place. But, the accommodating hotel staff awaits you inside of the glass doors. Apparently, the large wooden doors will eventually be the primary entrance.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The property is grand, with a central stairway multiple rooms on floor 1, and apparently original fresco's that have been preserved. Original artwork adorns the walls. Excellent housekeeping and staff! Spacious room for 2 people, and ergonomic too. I would not hesitate to book here again. As a bonus, after we asked, the guy who works at breakfast and/or the bar recommended an excellent restaurant one night and booked reservations for us. Very friendly service! This was an excellent experience check-in to check-out. Thanks alot to the entire team! I really loved this hotel!

Amazing hotel, stunning and beautiful. The room was big, bed perfect. The breakfast was sumptuous and served in the most amazing room in the hotel. The staff was so helpful, from Alessandro at reception to the guy who served the breakfast. And the hotel is right in the middle of center, could not be placed better. This is a hotel you will return to.
