Location, proximity to two train stations, and breakfast was great. Nice big clean room. Everything was great. The one exception was the hot water quickly turned scalding at times and then cold.

There were a few issues the first night, the electricity went off and we were unable to find anyone to help. The issue was quickly resolved the next morning and there were no other issues. Remember to ask for a safe key when checking in as they were not automatically given.

The property was very clean and in a central location. Very good value for money.

Location was a bit shabby unfortunately. There was only one bottle of water in the fridge and it was sparkling rather than still (my sister had one of each in her room). The freezer section needed defrosting as there was no room in it.

There was a private party one evening in that small cafe, music was quite loud, however at 23-30 everything was finished and moreover the hotel management was so nice to propose some complements to compensate it.

Nice hotel almost in historical center but still close to railway station and shopping streets. Rooms have small balconies (not to seat but at least to overviews neighbor streets, safe, table with chair so if you need to work - it is OK. Wi-fi was perfect. In the room you also have electric kettle, so you could have tea whenever you want. Breakfast was nice, served at small cafe located at last floor, with small terrace.

There is no room cleaning service after 12 00 . One day we had to stay in our room till 12 00 and could leave out only after that .The hotel staff said its not possible to clean our room that day .

The strategic center location . the property itself is very pretty with mosaic tiles on its stairs and wood beams on the roof. The breakfast bar was very fresh and tasty . The smiling waitress took our orders for some expresso or jam and served immediatly . Its on the terrace. over looking the main road .

The cleanliness of the place. My bathroom had mould on the tiles, broken shower head, broken shower base... I couldn't wash my dishes, so I had to rely on the cleaner... but some days the dishes were just rinsed and put back on the counter...

It was a good spread. Good quality. The scrambled eggs were fresh - which is rare in hotels these days. Fruits were fresh and in season - not in a can like a lot of places do. They also locals cakes/pastries which were fresh.

The room we stayed in was on the main side of the building / street and was noisy all night. Small kitchen but no utensils or pans to cook with.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly and helpful. Lift was big enough for 3 large suitcases, also a stairs option.
