Palazzo Ubertini does not offer meals, as it does not have its own restaurant; however, there are plenty of good options nearby. You can ask for suggestions at the reception desk.

Palazzo Ubertini was a delightful surprise: perfect location, comfortable, clean room, and the nicest hosts. My week-long stay could not have been better. Not only was I unexpectedly upgraded to a better room, but the staff was also incredibly generous with recommendations on how to make the most of my time in Viterbo and surrounding towns. I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Ubertini if you spend some time in Viterbo. I look forward to returning.

Not a major problem but this is an unusual hybrid somewhere between a small hotel and a self contained apartment. One (very helpful and cheerful) member of staff but not a full time reception and no bar or breakfast.

Palazzo Ubertini was new, modern, and beautiful. Right in the center of the old part of Viterbo. Easy to walk everywhere. Efficient and very helpful staff.

This is a well-restored building in the old town, converted into large hotel rooms which contain a well-equipped kitchenette, and private bathroom. The owners are on site most of the time, and take the trouble to personally show the guest to the room, explaining how the equipment works. They also provide a leaflet about the town, and a list of recommended restaurants. The booking for the rooms does not include breakfast, so it was a pleasant surprise to be given a small box containing more than enough food items to make breakfast on the first morning.

We enjoyed every minute.

From the wonderful manager who got up at midnight to let our group in into the hotel, helped us park and move our luggage to the beautiful and thoughtfully decorated suites, fabulous bathroom and even a small kitchen, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a rare gem of a boutique hotel so perfectly located in beautiful Viterbo that it is a must stay if in the area. We will definitely return. Every aspect of our stay was delightful especially the superb staff!

The only small detail we didn’t like, was that the temperature was hard to control in our first room. However, they were kind enough to have one of the staff come after hours to move us to a new room which was the perfect temperature. The next day they even treated us to breakfast at a local coffee shop to make up for our trouble, which they didn’t need to do! What amazing service!

We need to learn to work the A/C. It was chilly outside but too warm in the room. We just opened the windows which was fine but need to learn how to work the A/C as it can get noisy in the morning.

They gave us a really nice breakfast basket in the room. And the coffee machine was very nice.
