We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomProximity of motorway, main coastal road and railway didn't particularly bother us because it was so hot and we kept the balcony door shut which cut down the noise, but it could be very noisy otherwise Seats on the balcony might be nice for another time of year
The hotel is not very big, so not too busy Our room was spacious and bright. Friendly helpful staff recommended and helped to book restaurant. Sufficient breakfast, good Internet connection and aircon. Nice pool with jacuzzi and enough garden space to lounge in. Also a rooftop terrace. Lots of free parking. The location is great - easy to get to the airport - beaches, cafe and excellent local restaurant within short walking distance and a short drive to further beaches. Easy drive also to Fermo, Torre di Palme and other sightseeing. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check out the family's other business attached to the hotel, a shop selling home grown products We were very pleased that we chose this hotel for the last nights of our holiday

The apartment was brand new, with modern furnishings and huge. The pool, and surrounding area was fabulous with plenty of options to sit and relax. The staff were extremely helpful and they even did our washing for us - which was so kind!

When I booked, I thought I wouldn't expect anything great in such a small village, however the Palmensis hotel was a really nice surprise. Overall The hotel looks like it has just been renovated and has everything a hotel in this category should have. There is a small reception area and a slightly more spacious lobby. The hotel is air conditioned and there is ubiquitous wi-fi. The hotel is not large so it's not too busy either. You can enjoy a nice rest in the beautiful well-kept garden with olive trees and a massage pool. FnB The only thing that may be missing is the Alla Carte restaurant. However, even this is not a problem as there is a good family fish restaurant 20m from the hotel. And about 200m from the hotel is a good Pizzeria, where of course they serve other dishes. The hotel has a small minibar with regional drinks, where they can also mix you a cocktail. Breakfast is continental and served. Right next to the entrance of the hotel (in the same building) is a small shop with regional food (meaning wine, oil, vinegar, preserves and pasta) and fruit. Room My room (No. 15) was very clean, spacious with a minibar and the windows can be closed with an electric roller blind which completely darkens the room. The big surprise was the 2 spacious wardrobes where you can put all your stuff even if you wanted to stay for 14 days. There was also a flat screen TV, but I have no idea if it works as I didn't turn it on even once. :D Staff The staff were very friendly and for my experience with Italian staff they were very hard working. I would easily trade them for what I have to work with. :D A huge thank you to Hotel Palmensis and its staff for the holiday we spend here with my girlfriend here. We will definitely come again next year on a similar date.

New structure, spacious room with modern furniture and a balcony. Wide, comfortable bed. A desk in the room and good wifi connection makes it a good choice as a smart-working location.

IsraelFor your attention! The " 4-star" hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating with a maximum rating of 7. It is not clear how this hotel manages to advertise itself as a 4 star, when: 1. There is a constant noise of trains passing next to the hotel. 2. Noise from agricultural machinery operated by the owner / manager of the hotel with impudence and total contempt, while at the same time he is also the owner / manager of the agricultural areas adjacent to the hotel. 3. The air conditioner in the room stopped working at night. We could not sleep. 4. Poor breakfast. 5. Bad attitude of the staff. The complaints of the guests are underestimated. Despite all this, the owners of the hotel dare to charge no less than 100 euros, just for one night that it is impossible to sleep! This is a real scandal! For your attention!
The location. It is a pity that such a hotel is located in such a place.
