The only problem is that stuff do not speak English so its a little hard to get a guidance for example where to park a car.

Location is 10/10. View from balcony is amazing. Breakfast was good. We did not have any problem during stay.

It is not a real "negative" but the light switch from the bathroom had a loud relays, so that it sounded like somebody rung a doorbell every time it was switched. We found a workaround and were not disturbed, but was kind of funny. But again, this is no negative, but just an observation we easily dealt with. Another note is that there are some stairs to do considering luggage.

As easily can be seen by pictures, the view is just stunning. The communication was quick and easy (especially about parking and ZTL) and the parking procedure also was easy. We stopped on the location and were guided to the parking spot which is a few minutes walk away. This was very well. Breakfast also was sufficient for us and very good - but depends always on expectations, we were very happy. The rooms indeed were slightly "old" but served its purpose and we slept very well after all. Considering the location its a very good "price-value" ratio and I'd come back again.

Beds were ok but not the best. This is not a luxury hotel but we loved staying here. Very clean quite basic but excellent location, amazing view and lovely staff at a very reasonable price.

The staff are delightful and really helpful. The view is beyond wonderful. Very good value for money. Good access to Taormina. Village has excellent real local restaurants and pizzerias. The village is lovely.

There was nothing we didn't like. If I had to be really picky it would be that the bed was quite firm and the lack of options for breakfast, I'm not a sweet lover, but that's how i have found a lot of places in Italy and its in no way a criticism, just my own preference.

Amazing location! The views were just breathtaking, both from our room and the breakfast room. The staff were lovely, really kind and welcoming, as were the people in town. Breakfast was nice, consisting of coffee, fruit juice, and a fresh croissant filled either with chocolate or jam. The property was clean and tidy and perfect for us as we spend most of our time away out exploring so we don't need anything fancy. There is no TV but for us this is good, we never use them when we go away and the view is far superior to anything on a TV in my opinion. There is a restaurant next door and little supermarket over the road as well as the centre of Castlemola being a 2 minute walk away. We decided to walk to the hotel from the train station, it's a beautiful hike but NOT one to be taken lightly, VERY steep and hard going so you might want to consider the bus, they run quite often and the hotel has a timetable too. We loved our stay here and would happily return and recommend to others.

We couldnt sleep very well, since it was very windy and the window shutters were rattling all through the night no matter what we did. Nothing to be done though when youre staying on top of a hill. Still worth it, the view of the Vesuv was great!

The staff was very friendly. They didnt mind checking us in eventhough our plane arrived an hour later and we were 2h after check in time. The breakfast was enough to keep us full until lunch (sweet breakfast) and the kind man let us park the car for 2h longer so we could explore the little town.

The location and the view.The owners were really nice and willing to help, and fulfilled any request that we had.The fact, that there was a free parking right next to the hotel, very rare in this part of Italy.Good value for money. Spectacular views !

We didn't have any internet in the room (2nd floor), and madraces could be a little bit more comfortable.

Owner and his family and staff were very kind, helpful and operative. They helped us with baby, offered a milk and accepted to boil some eggs for her, even the breakfast they prepare does not include it. Hotel has a great location and pitoresque view. We reccommend it!

I would have liked a room with a sea view but the room I got still had good views from the back of the hotel.

The panoramic views from the hotel balcony were awesome with mount Etna and the sea in the distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The manager was helpful and friendly.

Really old facilities especially bathrooms that would benefit from a full restoration. Owners were at times too focused on giving instructions and requests instead of providing services (e.g. on my last day I got reminded at least 4 times from 2 different people to return the garage keys while I was focused on carrying heavy luggage)

Location is everything for this structure. The breathtaking view will obliterate any other minor inconvenience. Prices are relatively cheap. The parking options are a life-saver for this area where it's often tricky and expensive to park your car. I'm a returning customer and will keep visiting them.

The bed was not comfortable. You need a pass to have access with the car to Castelmola. This pass is provided by the hotel, but we didn't know it, so we parked the car before the limited traffic zone and only at the check in we were informed about this possibility.

The view of Taormina and Etna was wonderful. The Sicilian breakfast with natural products from nearby was delicious.

Hotel Needs updating, was probably a wonderful hotel but needs to be regenerated to modern standards.

Fantastic location with views to die for. Parking was semi remote from the hotel , but in a safe locked area 150 Mtrs away. Breakfast was minimal but ok.

I expected more from the breakfast - it's okay in terms of quality but it's not much quantity. Idk if this apllies to all rooms, but our bed was terrible.

Its a peaceful and somewhat old fashioned hotel (in a charming way). The staff is very friendly. And the view from the balcony is outstanding.

It is the first time in years, when i stay in a hotel, when there is no wifi in the room, only in the room next to the front desk. Also the breakfast is only a coffee and 1 pastry, nothing else

Layout of the bathroom, was interesting, but everything worked.

View is exceptional, village is small, but has all facilities, breakfast croissants delicious, as was the coffee. Restaurant next door also great food. Parking was tight, but achievable.
