Difficult to get to with out a car.

The hotel was a real oasis in the middle of our family European holiday. It was total relaxation and the views from every part of the hotel was amazing. Staff were also very friendly.

- the fantastic view from the room and the pool - the SPA area with different saunas, tea, fruits and water - the gym with great view - the modern, big and comfortable rooms - the helpful and very kind staff (Luigi) - the surrounding (nature, calm) - the breakfast with a great choice - the 4-course dinners in the evening

The heating in the room was unable to be adjusted and it got sooo hot. We just cracked the balcony door open though so it wasn’t an issue.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were super helpful and so lovely. The facilities were next level. The restaurant was outstanding and so accommodating for our daughter (20months)

The property is beautifully maintained and has incredible views. Staff were incredibly attentive, generous and professional. Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs and coffee, with plenty of options on the buffet.

The staff was very friendly, the room and hotel was beautiful. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine and the service was excellent. They provided lots of options for activities to explore outside of the hotel too.

Nothing i could think of.

Spotless! Food was very delicious, staff really friendly and helpful, they made me a surprise for my birthday. Even if you check out you still have the possibility to use the spa & pool until the evening. The pool is top. Overall, a unique experience :)

There were guests with kids that didn't follow the clear rules (screaming, splashing and jumping in infinity pool not allowed use the kids pool) but that could have just been our bad luck with one family terrorising everyone with a brat. All the other kids and mine were ok. Would have been nice if the staff asked them to stop.. Also the set menu was very expensive and no alternatives.

The Spa facilities, the staff were attentive and helpful.

It would be nice to have a coffee/tea making facilities in the room to enjoy a cuppa on the balcony in the morning. Drink service at the pool would also be great. Despite that we still rate this place 11/10.

Amazing view from the room. The pool had a real wow factor. Spa was just perfect. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, very helpful staff. Amazing attention to detail. Everything was just perfect. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would love to go back. This is a very special place, a real find.

Prettt much everything. The room was amazing with a great view. The food in the hotel was also excellent with great selection of wines. Relaxing in saunas or the pool is a great after walking the mountains all day. Plus, the people working there are really kind and friendly.

Absolutely amazing place! Everything is great - the people, the view, the facilities and especially the food! The massages at the spa are excellent and a must-try, while you are there. Also immensely enjoyed the guided snow shoe tour to the nearby mountains. We even saw a few deers from our room :) Thank you, Johanna and the whole team for setting high standards, but also putting a heart and soul to your service and for making our vacation an exquisite and memorable experience :)

Old-fashioned hotel. The reception and common needed to be remodelled. The pictures do not represent the reality. Spa divided in more floors: very inconvenient!

Impressive view. Rooms quite, comfortable and modern bathroom with a very nice shower. Nice breakfast! Good quality of the food in general

The outdoor smell coming from nearby farms is horrid :) We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner I would say is nothing special, 6/10. Breakfast was horrible, I would say 1/10. I never saw that small selection in a 5 star hotel. There were green eggs and you should boil them by yourself :) We were in a hurry, because wanted to visit some places and after we made some sandwiches by ourselfs, we were offered a omelette, but we haven't time to wait for it. By the way, from tools in the shower, there was only showel/gel

The hotel is on a hill with a Panorama view of a city and mountains. It has very good relaxing area with indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, training hall

Dinner restaurant - menu was not suitable for young children and over-priced.

Good breakfast, particularly the fruit and vegetable smoothie maker.

-the staff either speak german or italian: good luck if you do not speak one of those two languages -the infinity pool was supposed to be opened at 9 am but was still closed at 11am... -diner is very expensive and not memorable

-infinity pool and saunas are really great -the room was nice, with a nice view
