The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and abundant. I also liked the snack time in the afternoon. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. I really liked the adult spa, especially the outdoor pools. Shuttle bus service was great, it took only 10 mins to reach the slopes. The parking garage was excellent and had a lot a space inside. Hotel staff was kind and helpful all the time. The railway is situated close to the hotel, but I couldnt hear any noise during late evening/night. Excellent hotel with great services!

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to every need. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the delicious on-site restaurant. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Location is perfect - amazing view on San Candido and ski-piste, friendly staff, taste and fresh quality bio food, details, garage for car, nice swimming pools and spa, spacious room for family, design of the hotel. 1min to San Candido ski piste, 5min to Drei Zinen ski resort, 30min to ski resort Kronplatz, 12min to Sillian ski resort.

We had a magical stay — the property is delightful: clean, modern, and cozy. The staff were amazing, phenomenal breakfast and dinner, and great spa facilities. Parking was easy and location easy to get to great hiking and skiing. Can’t wait to return!

Room and common spaces too hot with very dry environment, easy to get sore throat. Drinking water 3.50 euro per bottle, very expensive considering that it is purified water from the tap. Too basic game room for young people, with limited facilities. Wine list a bit expensive with too few items for the low-middle cost. The room is very expensive, although it deserves, but reserving with Booking was quite high. Waiters and assistant not from the region (hence with little knowledge of the local culture and hospitality) are surely kind but not enough well trained and you immediately perceive the difference and a lower standard.

Excellent Breakfast, good dinners, super kind staff, shuttle to town or to ski resorts always available within a few minutes, wonderful panorama from rooms and commony spaces, elegant and at hand at the same time. My wife appreciated a lot the SPA and the great pools. In general nice atmosphere, nice guests, friendly environment.

We didn’t get a tour when we arrived so we had to find our way around the hotel. The layout was a little confusing at first.

There was not much to not like. If I had to say anything, the tv only had local content, but we weren’t there to watch tv.

You receive a welcome drink on arrival and the concierge explains the hotel and facilities for you. The location and setting is amazing. All the staff are very friendly and attentive and provide excellent service. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The wellness centre is exceptional and the food is 1st class with a huge and extensive breakfast and 5-course dinner which was always top-notch.
