Low-hanging beams (our room was in a slanting attic) were charming but one had to be wary not to bump one's head; only real improvement would have been a place to lock baggage away by reception before check-in / after checkout, as we only had the option of leaving our suitcases in an unsecured maintenance cupboard. However, for the price you'd be hard pressed to find a hotel as friendly and practical as this, so I'd certainly recommend it highly.

Excellent value for money (especially compared with comparable hotels in the area at which we've also stayed). Staff very friendly and obliging; room both charming in atmosphere and well-equipped with hot tub, toilet room separate from shower, safe for valuables, plenty of storage space, and a pleasant view. Breakfast was generous and good quality. Proximity to the water transport to central Venice simply couldn't be better. We will certainly book here again on our next trip to Venice!

The last day of our stay was Easter Eve, there was much disturbance with people drinking and speaking loud adjacent to the hotel almost till 2 in the morning.. couldn't sleep till that time.

Fantastic location close to the water bus. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area with good restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Amazing views from my room across the lagoon to central Venice.

The room was sooooo hot and it was not suitable to change.

Breakfast was good and the attendants were really kind. The receptionist was very helpful showing us how the transportation was working those special days.

The most convenient location to visit Venice while sojourning in a modern surrounding. Venice SME, a station of the vaporetto ACTV network is just across the road. From the same station, another company (Alilaguna) plies the laguna to VCE (Venice airport) in about 1 hour.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

Lovely place. My room was clean, comfy, and spacious, and the view over the laguna was spectacular. The bathroom was also clean, modern, and spacious, with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, a fairly traditional buffet, but everything was fresh and of high quality, and the cappuccinos were made on the spot by very attentive staff. The reception staff was likewise competent and polite. The area felt safe, right next to the vaporetto for a quick connection to Venice proper.

Not recommend to choose a cheapest room on the ground floor. You may be waken up early in the morning by street sounds. But it's obvious and overall ok for one night.

Fantastic location, Family run hotel. The staff were just so nice, could not do enough for us. I would definitely return. To note the rooms are small and shower small, but that did not take away from our experience.

In the bathroom of the room located in the attic, you cannot wash properly because the ceiling is too low. You can't stand up or hang the shower to have your hands free.

The Swedish buffet style breakfast was good and with fresh products. The coffee was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the boat mooring (which is the only way of connection and a bit too expensive... in fact, all of Venice is very expensive...).
