We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location next to the waterbus stop was fantastic after long days of walking!! The room, although small, had all we needed and was spotlessly clean. The staff were also amazing- so helpful and welcoming and fabulous with my 7 year old.

Good helpful staff. Very convenient for the ferries—just in front of the hotel. Parking at the hotel—we were lucky there are only 3 spaces. Convenient power points for appliances—phones, computers. TV all Italian. Breakfast was Ok but not special.

United KingdomAttic room was a little tired and a little small (not worth the upgrade I was offered and paid for before arrival.) No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not sure if this is normal for an Italian 4* hotel. There was no hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, mushrooms etc.) Cold buffet breakfast only.
Location was exceptional. Right near the Water taxis on Lido. Full marks to the staff who couldn't have been more helpful and professional.

The Location is almost perfect as it is just across the street of the waterbus pier on LIdo. Upgraded room is spacious. The lift is kept new and efficient Very friendly staff who make the guests feel welcomed Breakfast spread is good and the service is great

The location of the hotel is ideal for a holiday in Venice. I had a view of St. Mark's Square in Venice from the window, across the lagoon - beautiful. The employees are nice and helpful and give you all the information and advice you need. The location is ideally located - right next to the vaporetto station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is classic and specific to Venice so you don't have to expect a modern hotel - but it is a welcoming hotel and ideal for a visit to Venice.

Fantastic location right by the public ferry boat pier - allows you to hop around Venice and the lagoon with fantastic ease. The hotel is also very close to the pedestrian zone of the Lido where the restaurants and bars are located. The hotel itself is very well kept, the rooms are to a very high standard and impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious with great views across the lagoon to the centre of Venice. Seems like the place underwent a complete rebuild only a couple of years ago. But what stood out the most was how friendly the staff and especially the owner were. The owner was extremely cordial, had some excellent suggestions for restaurants, sights etc. and helped us plan our day trips with great success. I should also mention that he invited us for an aperitif whilst we waited for our room to be ready (which was made available to us more than 2hrs before the usual check in time) which we thought was a very nice gesture. An absolutely perfect host. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back

Travelled with two children (1 and 6) and we loved this hotel. Great staff, we met so many employees and all were smiling, kind and super helpful, delicious breakfast (also for gluten Allergy), location is just perfect to get to Venice main island (right across vaporetto station and very close to ferry) but then again to relax on beautiful Lido and chill at the beach. They have free parking. I would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Venice main Island.

Location. I’m so thankful we stayed here and not Venice proper. Took a car ferry to get over but then it was such a nice atmosphere and easy walking to shopping, restaurants even a nice beach. The staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!! And for 20eu you can take the water taxis for 24 hours Nice breakfast as well

NetherlandsThe rooms could be a little more modern. Not style-wise perse, but just better equiped. We slept in the garden room, that could really use a curtain, and had only one sheet on the bed, and no blanket. For the winter that was quite cold. Other that that, all good!
The breakfast was really good, with nice fresh fruit and cakes, but we do need some more vegan options! Like Soy Yoghurt and better muesli, or brown bread. The hotel is situated opposite of the boat station, and the people working there are great. A nice place to stay.
