Very beautiful accommodation right in the old town with a great sea view. The hostess was very easy to reach, nice and helpful. We were given direct information on where to park and the flat was very well described, clean and easy to find. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend the flat to anyone. Till next time!

Everything was perfect. Laura is such a great host, we were able to put our bags inside and apartment was ready for us asap. Thank you far that, Laura ;) Location is perfect, with sea view. You can watch sunset, magical. Apartment was spacious and clean, fully stuffed kitchen with everything you need. Definitelly worth a price. Highly recommend!! :)

Great apartment. I arrived in Algheo without staying overnight. I ordered an apartment at 2 p.m. and I was there at 4 p.m. I have walked along the boulevards many times and I didn't even think I would stop here. Laura, the owner of the apartment, is very open and specific, providing specific information. The apartment for 4 people had a living room with a kitchenette equipped with specific appliances. A double room with a bunk bed and a comfortable double bed on the mezzanine that could accommodate an additional child. Two bathrooms, one downstairs next to the room with bunk beds and the other large one on the mezzanine. The view from the window is wonderful. The sea and the old town. This is my 5th time in Alghero and I didn't think I would sleep on the Alghero Boulevards. The apartment is well-thought-out, refined and clean. He recommends it and I will come back, the view from the window... it speaks for itself. Thank you Laura for your warmth and openness. The plumbing left a little to be desired. We had difficulties with the toilet, and hot water in the shower was limited (most showers were cold). Parking was a bit of a challenge, as the main road isn't open to cars. So it leaves you parking in the city centre and walking to the property with your luggage. It was easy enough though, the host was very helpful. The living room furniture (sofa etc) was very uncomfortable but the beds were nice. Wifi was spotty at times, but when it was good, it was very good.

The location was FABULOUS! The views of the sea were lovely. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. A decent amount of space for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in the home. Easy walk to explore the old town, but also close to the promenade and the city centre. Host was very fast to respond to any queries. Donuts and water, as well as Easter chocolates, were provided upon arrival. The towels were very soft! Hair dryer was available as well as washing machine. Plenty of spices and kitchen basics were there, which was a nice touch.

Seafront position and view ! Good space for a family of four . Great kitchen facilities . Very easy self - check in . Highly recommend it for an authentic stay in Alghero .

Clean, lots of space excellent for 4, shops within 5 min walk, EXCELLENT I MEAN GREAT VIEW, small beach in front of the cliff with easy access thru stairs where we ended up every afternoon after our trips, got good tips from locals there (Dinner Trattorias) Excellent support when needed from host. I was bit confused about what to expect, as listing is showing photos of two apartments located on same floor. I was hoping not to have a bulk bed in second bedroom (very very tiny), but it was there. My sons were not complaining, but they are 15 and 21 are so I would prefer regular beds. Actually it was one of my criteria when searching for a property. Also there was one bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet and one extra toilet with the sink (not 2 full bathrooms). Furniture in the living room not very comfortable- very small sofa and armchair. It is a lovely room but not many possibilities to chill. We managed perfectly, I just recommend to clarify description.

This Property has the best location - right on the sidewalk next to the sea, best for sunset. From the apartment you can enjoy a breathtaking view/ sunset. Close to everywhere - restaurants, bar, old town, beaches - though quite during night thanks to good windows. Spacious, you will find all you need. Furniture looks quite new, simple but in good condition. Sandro was excellent and helpful host - always responding and letting us stay one hour longer (I suggest check out time 12.00 - always appreciate it). Nice place for a morning coffee just around the corner. Convenient free parking only a few steps away. Even good swimming is possible right in front of the house.

While we were lucky in finding parking very close to the apartment, the closest paid lot is a few minutes walk. Not a problem, but can be a little annoying with luggage.

Lovely apartment located in an unbelievable location on the Bastioni. Loved the view, access to restaurants and the marina, and its amenities. Communication with Laura, the host, was exceptional.

Pleasant Stay with a Perfect Location - Bastioni Sea View Review We, a family of 5, went on a vacation to Alghero and ended up booking Bastioni Sea View on booking.com. Since we were quite late with our reservation, there weren't many options left. The property had just been listed on booking.com, and there were no reviews at that time, which made me skeptical. However, we chose Bastioni Sea View for its convenient location, accommodation for 5 people, and fair price. Our experience during the stay: Our host Laura was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. She was always available whenever we needed assistance. The apartment had two air conditioners, providing a comfortable temperature. Surprisingly, we didn't use the air conditioning much, as the apartment had excellent ventilation. We found towels, small packs of shampoo and soap, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a clothesline available for our use. The fridge had a bottle of champagne, soft drinks, and water ready for us. The ground floor had a sofa bed and a regular sofa, while the first floor featured a double bed and a single bed. The location was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The city center was just 10 meters away from the apartment, making it extremely convenient to leave the teenagers at home while the adults went out for coffee. Moreover, there was strict control over noise; at 00:30 on Thursdays, all music on the waterfront was turned down. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with genuinely lovely staff. I highly recommend it.

Nothing at all. Everything is great.

We liked everythüng about this place, location, appartment, comfort, facilities. It’s in the heart of old town by the sea. Even it is so central, the appartment is still silent. On top of everything, Sandro is a great host. He is very friendly, helpful and responsive. This is a new place, hence few number of reviews. But we can easily say that this is one of the best places that we have ever stayed. (And we travel a lot) Grazie Mille Sandro!

There was a lift for master bedroom without a handrail on one side and quite steep. Bathroom was a strange shape. The lounge suite was so small many adults would struggle to use it.
