The website didn’t advertise that the pool was closed but we have found the same problem throughout Sicily. Not one pool has been opened on our trip so far so not specific to this hotel. We also have noticed that there aren’t tea/coffee making facilities available generally. As early risers, this is important to us so don’t assume that it is available

The room was lovely with views over the ocean. There is an electronic blind that blackens the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria-Rosa. Great position, close to restaurants

We had room on the 5th floor with nice view but completely broken air conditioning. It was very warm whole stay. We couldn’t open window because next to hotel is Janeta beach club which one is very loud during the night. On the arrival day floor wasn’t clean properly as I found a few black hairs.

Breakfast was monotone, same options every morning. Coffee.machine is Nescafe, that was terrible. No default options for whole-grain pastry and soy milk. The backyard view from the room is on a parking lot and a poultry yard. The hotel pool is quite cold (always in the shade). We also experienced water shortage in the city.

Room size is good, location is perfect, the staff were very kind, the hotel has a charming style. There is a small market nearby wilth local food. Ask the receptionist lady for beach ticket!

There's a very loud nightclub opposite front of hotel take your earplugs or you will be raving to the early hours. Overall the hotel is very clean but slightly care worn and jaded and could do with a refurbishment. AC poor and needs renewing throughout had to leave our lovely sea view room as AC leaking into electric socket ,swiftly moved to another room much quieter at back of hotel views over Etna but no air con just a fan which circulated hot air made for a very sweaty night🥵

Hotel is in great location and beach view rooms are beautiful lovely to watch the lights twinkling over taormina at night Plenty of choice at breakfast. Comfy clean rooms Maria on Reception very helpful😊 and thanks to cleaner who found my lost earrings when we had to change rooms Pool area good.

The only downside was the bar directly across the road playing really loud music until 2 or 3 am. It was so loud all the doors, windows and shutters had to be kept shut at night and this only helped a little bit with the noise from the music. I can't stress enough how loud the music was. It's such a shame as we would not go back to the hotel because of it.

The staff and the hotel were really lovely and the location was on the beachfront, so the views were amazing. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was very good value for money. But...

Great location, 8min walk from bus stop Giardini Dalmazia going from airport. Beach just opposite to the hotel (private for 12EUR- 2 sunbeds i umbrella), public for free. Fantastic view from 4th floor room, room very nice. Very good, supportive Staff, room cleaned perfectly every day. Good breakfast, with becon, eggs, cheese and ham and wide range of sweats. Near to Taormina by bus and many restaurants nearby.

AC did not work. Only as a fan, but not as AC. Solved with reception, but no result. 5th floor.

Very rich breakfast, 100m to the beach, pool O. K. Older hotel after reconstraction, that must continue. Next stop new AC, please.

The view from the seaview room’s balcony was amazing! Hotel is just opposite of the beach but has also pool. Friendly staff, special thanks for the great tips to receptionist Mariarosa. We will return for sure someday!

Even though we booked month ago and got a confirmation from the hotel it was fully booked when we arrived tired after a long journey. The receptionist had little understading to our dissapointment. She explained that it was totally normal that it was full and told us they had changed our booking to another hotel in another town!! She told us the new hotel was better but of that we dont know as we never got to see this hotel We demanded to at least have the taxi payed for and after her discussing over the phone with her boss agreed to pay. The hotel we got was Taormina Park hotel and that was very good with nice staff. The booking stated balcony which we received after one night when we could show the booking confirmation from Panoramic. I dont know what went wrong with our booking but we ended up having a great vacation in Taormina instead.

Midsummer, end of July, in Sicily and AC in the hotel doesn’t work !!!!!!! in the first evening before going to sleep I went to report that there’s a problem with the AC in my room and maybe there’s a way to fix it or find another solution so that I can sleep in less than 35° in a room with AC I paid for. The night shift receptionist rude…the only answer I got was that there’s a problem with the CA in the whole hotel not just in MY room and they’re hoping it will be repaired the next day…no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, no other options like a fan/ventilator…just good night Ma’am! Next day nothing, and the next day nothing… on top of not having a cool temperature to be able to relax and sleep, I had to keep my window/balcony door open to get some air inside, and in the being till 2-3 in the morning, the music from the bar in front of the hotel was of course extremely loud (I wanted to relax, not to dance or vibrate with the bed). Another thing was the swimming pool was nice to have, too bad the closing time was at 18, dinner.

I enjoyed the view from my balcony, I looked for something close to the beach and it was exactly how I wanted. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and nice. The day receptionists were nice. The breakfast not as expected, but I guess, Italian breakfast is something else. it is close to restaurants, beaches, shops, etc, day or evening.

Air conditioning not working, after we complained they checked and said it was working but it was just a fan, not cooling at all. This means we had to sleep with the balcony door open, but there is a beach club accross the street playing loud music all day and night. The area has a lot of traffic, which makes both the balcony and the pool area really noisy. The pool is only open from 10 to 18 only, so if you're planning to visit things or go to the beach, no chance to use the pool. Services are more like a 2-star hotel, definitely not 4-star, not a good value for money. If you don't have other options though, at least it's very clean.

The staff is really nice, breakfast was decent but it's not allowed to eat on the terrace (only dinner can be served outside). The room and whole location was very clean. Free luggage storage possible before check-in or after check-out. Close to the beach, private beach costs 15 euro for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Good view.
