While I have booked a "comfort" twin room, first I have been offered a room which was very small and did not even have electric plugs to charge the phones, etc. However, the staff was friendly and offered to change the room for a bigger one, that was OK. The whole hotel was smelling wet and chlorine from the spa. I did not visited the spa, but I guess they leave the doors open. At the end of the stay I have been charged the local "tourist tax", although the booking was saying "all taxes included". Trying now to sort thins out via booking.com customer service. In conclusion: pay attention at check-in to receive the proper room and pay attention at check-out to not be charged extra !

Very close to the center, the location is OK. The beds are good quality, the blinds for the windows are good. Breakfast, without being exhaustive, was good enough. The free garage was a big plus. Over all, a good experience.

bathroom had water stains all down one wall. no shower gel, no tissues, shampoo, toiletries etc. you could be caught out if you hadn’t brought your own. needs just a little talc to be a brilliant hotel.

We got a very warm welcome and received help in making dinner reservations in Saint Vincent from the staff. We were granted access to the spa for 3 days for 25 euros each because it wasn't very busy (we visited mid October), which was very kind!

Not real bread for breakfast. Same price for hotel spa (2h) vs. saint vincent spas (4h). You have to pay extra for parking (10€ per night) but there is a outdoor Parking nearby (Casino Parking).

Near the center with nice rooms. Staff are friendly und you will get discount for the thermal spas of saint vincent. lots of restaurants nearby.

The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but it goes well with the decor.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the bedding (of very good quality), the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We came back for this and it was as good as the first time. We will continue to come back.

Super friendly staff! Good spa for a hotel with two saunas and pool (to be used at charge but at a very good price)..great to relax for an afternoon after a few days of hiking and right next to the center with restaurants. We would come back if we're in the area again!

Staff incredibly kind, helpful and caring, room very clean. In the lower floor : there was a spa with perfumed showers and sauna just perfect to relax after work and open up your appetite before dinner. In a few words : an excellent quality-price ratio.

No Kitchen in the whole hotel. The breakfast is poor and the pool closes very early. We had a misunderstanding with a contractor they indicate, a person who come in the hotel to rent ski clothes and equipments: we lost 2hrs waiting and doesn’t fit even 1. Because we refused the guy was very upset and oblige us to pay $100 euros per nothing because we don’t rent any item, he said his hour and operation need to be paid. 😳

Unfortunately the cleanness of the property is very questionable. There was black long hair on the floor in the room and the cleanness of the wellness place is even worse. I found nails cut attached to my skin after one of the Turkish bath. There is no towels given to the people using the wellness hence everyone is sitting on the saune with their sweaty skin. The covid rules aren’t well done. The hammam 🧖🏼‍♀️ was closed as they say that it isn’t suitable for the covid rules, which isn’t true because even one person or a couple or a family or a group of people who belong together could use it together. It should be well understood, why the rules are made. if anyway people are in a group, all are affected, so why they couldn’t use together one closed place? Outside of that, the breakfast was very poor. There was a difference made between the quality between the weekdays and the weekends. I don’t understand why they don’t serve as well the people who visit the place doesn’t matter when.

My room faced onto a wall, so even though the Hotel wasn't full, I had a terrible room.....the choice from the bar was just prosecco, why have a bar? Not much choice for breakfast, but what there was was nice.

The breakfast was nice but sparse in choice sadly, my father had a toothbrush kit in his room but I didn't in mine, I had bathrobes in my room he didn't. The choice of wine was Prosecco, which luckily was nice and cheap!!

A beautiful family run hotel in a perfect location. The room had a spectacular view, was large and comfy. Breakfast was varied and generous. The staff were all kind and helpful. Overall a really pleasant stay. We also appreciated the on site parking and the quick access to the lovely town of Saint Vincent.
