We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMost stunning views of bay or Naples/ mount Vesuvius with beautiful roof top terrace for breakfast/dinner. Wonderful buffet breakfast, delicious food and catered for GF- coeliac. Very helpful staff and it was spotless in the hotel, staff cleaning all the time. Will need a taxi to travel into centre of Naples- roughly 15E each which does add up. Funicoloure- cable car is closed by.

United StatesWater from shower seeped out onto the bathroom floor- when we first arrived the smell in the room was not very pleasant, but the room was clean. To reach the hotel we needed to use the funiculare which stops working at 10PM so we had to rush in order not to miss the ride. We found out that the funiculare does not make a stop in the middle every half hour.
the location and the view from the hotel is spectacular, the area is very safe and the neighborhood is upscale., the staff nice and the WIFI is fast.

CroatiaI got the "mountain view" room which actually looks nowhere, to the big rock 1 meter away from the window. I understand that I went for the cheapest options, and that hotel is actually made on the rock, but still :-)

Outlook was great and lounge area elegant. Being told about the funicular was essential for access to the city - so thank you for that ! ! how to use the ticket machine needed to be clearer.

United StatesThe spa is not actually on the property and the ad on Booking does not specify that it is a local spa down the street. Smart TV in room would have been nice so that guests can stream shows in their native language.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. View from room and restaurant was stunningly beautiful. Excellent location close to shopping, public transport, beach and sights. Restaurant staff was excellent and food was delicious.

United StatesThe rooms were super small and you can’t go to the bathroom without stepping almost into the shower and closing the door completely. I had the queen deluxe room with sea view and I can’t imagine two people in that room. The location is very far from everything so you have to pay for a cab to go everywhere.

NetherlandsNo complains to be honest. The hotel feels renewed on some areas so it's deserves their stars. The restaurant wouldn't be my first choice to discover the Italian food, there are better places around, especially when you walk down to the harbor area.
I was here before many years ago and had a great memory of the hotel. Especially the view on the Naples bay and Vesuvius makes the difference. Having breakfast on the rooftop bar with this view is a really good start of the day. There is a parking garage at the opposite of the hotel which you can book via the front desk. Friendly people and for us Dutchy people it feels strange handing over your car key to a complete stranger but your car is in good hands. If you want to go by foot to the city center, reconsider your options. Perhaps the distance feels ok, the differences in height will be a blocker for some people. But a train or taxi are good alternatives.
