It was a shame that the restaurant wasn't open on the night we stayed but we should have checked!

The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, were really responsive and really helpful. Unfortunately the day we came the restaurant wasn't open so they organised for us to eat at a nearby place when we arrived late, which was a lifesaver. They made us feel really welcome, especially our young kids. Breakfast was excellent, and they helped organise a late checkout so we could use the swimming pool and relax. The rooms were large, and we enjoyed a bottle of local prosecco on the veranda on our evening of arrival.

I wish they had a breakfast area within the hotel building. the car park could be a little bigger, considering that it filled up so fast towards the evening.

This hotel has old world charm. We were given rooms on the ground floor itself that were old style and not renovated. Nevertheless, they felt so nice, clean and well kept. Our room also had a balcony space which was extremely charming. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Ilaria, was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

The location is not the best if your goal is to travel to/from Venice, especially at night, when you have no other options than expensive taxies, but it's not so bad. The train station is about 20-25 minutes by walk, but I recommend reserving a shuttle from the hotel, which is 5 euro/person. I'd even say it is mandatory if you are with big suitcases.

Everything was exceptional! The hotel, restaurant, facilities, garden, breakfast, value for money, staff and... Dilano! :) They were also kind enough to provide me with an iron, and even ironing room, which in my eyes is an extra point! Will try to visit again in couple of years, but this time for a longer period. Grazie, PHJ guys!

Clean nice room close to train station( one stop from Mestre station) with shuttle minibus provided by hotel for 4 euro a person. Very beautiful park , large balcony, near by restaurant(+$), cafes and supermarkets. Helpful and kind staff, wich is a big plus.

As I wrote before - I would expect that breakfast would be more varoius, so there would be more choice. The location is not as great as it could be, but if its not important to you, stay in this hotel in great.

Staff in this hotel is quite polite, I would just prefer that breakfast would be more various. The room was really big (we were in suite), with the massage bath - excellent.

Staff was extremely kind and friendly with us and our little dog who ran around and played (sometimes also in places where not supposed to). They went extra mile and allowed us a late check-out and when asked to warm up our dog’s food, they returned with the food on a tray with a little dish on the side- I found that very cute. Although a rainy day, the garden seemed extremely nice and well maintained. Thank you, we will definitely return if in that area again in the future.

Kind of an industrial area.....didn't see many restaurants nearby.

Recently updated large room with big balcony. This was only a 1 night stay close enough to the airport for our needs. Quiet location with nice gardens. The breakfast spread was fabulous! Very friendly staff.

A wonderful hotel , in a big garden in a very relaxed place. It is very close to the airport and to Venezia if you are with a car. The room was big, very nice, silent and comfortable. The stuff in reception were very kind

We loved the superior double room! All staff are very friendly and helpful! So easy to get to Venice by train with parking at the local train station! Really well located off the motorway! Gardens are beautiful and swimming pool, although very large, suited our purposes. We have already booked for next year!

My room was large, clean, comfortable and had a balcony. Hotel staff is friendly and efficient. Lots of free parking and the wifi is fast. The location is easy to get to from the autostrada and just a short drive to the Venice Airport. Recommend having a car if you stay here. Would stay here again!

The pool looked way bigger in the pictures than it was in real. A downside of the hotel is that the A/C gets disconnected sometimes, with no valid reason, so we had to call reception in the middle of the night to reset it :) but the employees are very kind, and helped immediately.

The property is truly beautiful, with big gardens, charming rooms and overall great atmosphere. The employees are very kind, we appreciated our stay there.

We booked a large double room and it was super clean. As the staff said it was just renovated a month before we came and it was really comfortable. The room was modern and me and my husband had a great breakfast with a lot of variety. We were really happy about our stay.

The attitude of some of the receptionists is sometimes a bit disturbing.when asking for the credit card for the advance payment in a slightly aggressive manner.
