Our bathroom sink didn’t function well. It’s clogged from the moment we used it, it didn’t drain out the water so we had to use the bathtub to wash our hands everytime! But in all fairness, the staff were kind enough to offer us to change our room but we decided to stay there as we were staying only for a night so we didn’t mind that much.

Location, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel itself. I love the room! Simple yet elegant. The staff are professional and very courteous too!

at 21:20 the restaurant had closed, no ellipspid in gym. high prices in comparison with the some good quañity in other parts of Italy and Europe.

Room air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. Room was missing several essential items such as extra toilet paper. The shower stall was in the sleeping area not inside the bathroom.

The room was not in the main hotel- false marketing as no where upon booking does it state that you are in another building from the main hotel- room 30. WiFi in room 30 only functions if you stand in the window. Hot water is enough for one person. If you shower after a person it will be cold same for room 319 & 30. No elevator for half of way to room 30 ? This should be highlighted on the room description when booking ? What is a guest is elderly ? Breakfast is minimal over food is lovely. Staff helpful, hard working and busy.

The check out was too early. It was 11 in the morning. Also the price was a bit high. The pool was closed.

The location was very good. Near to the train station I just walked to the hotel. Staffs were friendly and keep my luggage beforoe check in and after check out. That was a great help which somehow covered the late check in time

The receptionist made the booking longer than needed: even if I was seeing two rooms available on Booking.com, she had told me that they were not available anymore. So I had to spend another couple of hours on the phone to try to find an hotel available last minute in Bolzano on Saturday evening. Then since Booking.com was indeed allowing my reservation of the two rooms, I called again to challenge her and she apologised and told me the rooms were indeed available. Due to this, we arrived in our rooms around 9pm while we could have done so before 7pm and so spent a pleasant night visiting the center of the city; arriving so late, we couldn’t do so.

Very central location in Bolzano. Comfortable room and bed. Nice environment in the shared spaces, i.e. the bar. Great breakfast.

The young barman who only was there since one week, did a great job of advertising his knowledge and give me the feeling that I needed to go back!

I missed the Cappuccino I had ordered because the staff although not busy (everybody was having breakfast) did not master the standard reception: Hello, here is the buffet (I had not seen it as it was outside the main room) can I bring something to you. So I left after 20 minutes without coffee when the lady finally asked me "Can I bring you something" although I had ordered 15 minutes before. No coffee in the morning makes me angry!!!

All the rest below standards. Room relatively small and with a strong odor of fried food. Staff was surprised when asking about getting invoice, even if I asked that the night before. There are much better hotels for a 200 euros room, below standards.

My friends did not book breakfast at the time they made the reservation. It was an extra 10 euro online, but the front desk said that at site it was 25 euro. Not willing to give our friends the rate we paid.

I liked the location, but the parking rates were too high, even with the discount of half off.

Great Hotel that has been carefully updated, not losong its former charm, but neither overdoing nostalgia. Lively, comfy bar as the centre of the hotel with great cocktails, friendly service and a good selection of bites. Big, elegant rooms and great garden. Sauna, Fitness, Yoga-Studio to round it all off and great location in Bozen.

Really Hotel with spirit. Modern, but old fashioned hotel keep in everybody unforgettable experience in the heart of Bozen. The garden was really breathtaking with easy accessibility to city center. Large parking lots are appreciated in center of Bozen.

The decor was stunning, an art deco feel. Location was amazing, beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy (for those who care about that) suana and Pilates/ yoga onsite were a dream. Live music in the garden is a great bonus too
