Restaurants in the local were few and far, bit of a lanugue barrier. Taxis very expensive so you need to hire a car.

Although the food and service was top tier we did find it on the pricier side so be prepared to spend quite a bit on a meal. You will also need to rent a car if you want to explore the area, other beaches and restaurants.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable and stress free. The beach was beautiful with a private section for hotel guests and the food was amazing. Breakfast was included and had so many options to choose from. Our room was lovely, perfect for a 5 night stay.

The breakfast was lovely. But not the juices, they weren't real juices. More fresh fruit would be nice. The pool was quite small, but adequate. Not enough sunbeds. Some people left their towels on the sunbeds all day. Not good. Lovely to have the beach so close. Food in restaurant was lovely.

Beautiful location on the beach. Lovely garden are, bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. The mattress on my bed was a bit too hard for me, so they added a mattress topper. Lovely touch.

While the Pelican Beach Resort had many positive aspects, there were a few areas where I felt they missed opportunities. Firstly, the absence of a well-equipped gym was a disappointment. As a guest who enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, having access to a better gym facility with more equipment would have been nice. Also the missing entertainment at nights is a missing opportunity in my eyes.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Pelican Beach Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort boasts a fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent cleaning services. Firstly, the location of the Pelican Beach Resort is truly a gem. Situated right on the beachfront, guests are treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and direct access to the sandy shores. The convenience of having the beach just steps away made it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, especially my man Matteo. The whole staff was always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The cleaning staff, in particular, deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were not only friendly but also good in their work, ensuring that the rooms were spotless and comfortable.

Our room was very nice but the air conditioning was not powerful enough to get to the bed area.

The staff were very accommodating where ever I needed assistance. Matteo provided many different suggestions for beaches, the wait staff were always available to provide any such as drinks etc. The beaches were lovely and when we wanted to get out of the sun the chairs on the grass were comfortable and shaded. Our room had a great view of the sea.

It would be good to be informed from the start that there are two lunch options: restaurant and in the same area a snack menu with extended pasta, salads, etc. The room was not well isolated from noise so in the morning the cleaning staff woke us up early when they were knocking and talking loudly in front of other rooms. The hotel looks outdated, a bit old, besides the lobby area which looks more modernised—overall the photos from the website only represent a selection of rooms. The service at the restaurant could be friendlier.

The room and premises were overall clean. The food at the restaurant was very good—well executed cooking. The beach area is convenient. The reception staff are welcoming. The bathrooms at the restaurant are very clean.

Bed was hard,but given a topper when asked. Sunbeds on hotel grounds reserved for suites, and many were unused..it seemed a shame.

Did not like: The policy of not allowing guests to use the parasols on the garden area was very odd. No-one could explain why they remained tied up when the private beach was very busy.

The door was initially broken but they fixed it one day after. Somehow the locking door was difficult.

It is overpriced for the services included, given everything from spa, to beach lounge chairs to a freshly made cappuccino for breakfast are at extra charge. The staff's loveliness absolutely makes up for it, but at 400euros/night, a complimentary bottle of water during a heat wave would have been a nice gesture. The restaurant has a lovely location (same as breakfast!), great view and garden, but the food is over-hyped. Lots of effort on service (again, fabulous staff) and plating, but the actual dishes we felt were uninspired and underwhelming crowd pleasers - if the crowd is all about the Instagram pic 🙂
