We liked everything, but I wouldn't have minded having water and teas available on the 3rd floor relaxation room.

Friendly service and nice views from our room. Small but comfortable spa and lovely relax room on top floor. The food was varied and delicious. We also really appreciated the bus passes which allowed us to go everywhere without taking the car. The surprise birthday cake was the cherry on top of a really nice vacation.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed for a few days and we were mesmerized by it. The staff is very welcoming and warm, they made jokes with us during meal hours. The food is exquisite as well and very varied.Every evening there would be a broad selection at the salad buffet (which also wasn’t the same and boring every day) and both meat lovers and vegetarians would find something that they like. They also have a Turkish and a Finnish sauna which is a bliss after a long day of skiing. The location is quite nice, although you do need a car to reach Kronplatz, but it’s not that far. The only recommendation for the staff: in the ski boot room, the boot heaters weren’t on. Overall, 10/10- we would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Minor suggestion, perhaps having some snacks and beverages in the fridge on arrival would be nice.

Not only the hotel is situated in an excellent position, with a great view on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo / Drei Zinnen, but it provides excellent rooms. We really liked our room, not just because of the generous size but also the super comfy beds, the big tv screen and the nice interior design.

Great location to spend your winter holidays! Cross-country skiing track just in front of the hotel, bus connection to all villages / facilities, short driving distance to all areas. Dinner is exceptional, various and delicious.

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful view, spacious rooms, great sauna, great terrace with a whirlpool and view. Breakfast and dinners were just perfect. The hotel equipment was super high quality.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The sauna, hot tub and Turkish baths were very good and relaxing. The food was amazing! There was a wide choice of food for breakfast and the set menu for dinner was varied, including local dishes from South Tirol. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely like to stay here again but in winter next time! The room's decor was very nice and the room was very cosy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Turmchaelt. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel had nice facilities(hot tub and sauna). In addition to that the breakfast and dinner included in the price made our stay - got to try and enjoy South-Tyrolean food!
