The property was perfect especially the location. My only complaint is the need for some type of shade that keeps out the very bright street lights that were shining in our room all night. The sheer curtains did nothing for that. Also, a larger trash can. It was not big enough to address our drink bottles etc.

Evelyn and Esther were amazing. Greeted us with such enthusiasm and were there to assist with our needs. Two very special ladies.

apartment was a little bit moldy. I think its hard to keep these houses intact. And to expensive but I guess they can afford to have expensive prices because its such a popular tourist destination

There was an electrical outage during the night (in winter) and so no wifi to contact the hosts to let them know. Unfortunately our breakfast which was included in the price then didnt happen either. Disappointing that there was no effort to make another plan for food nor offer of a refund. Host left and didn't come back....so we were stranded in the dark to check out and find a bite to eat before our long train trip.

This was a lovely stay at a quaint little B&B. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Rooms and bathrooms were very small but comfortable. Very close to the train station which was convenient but also noisy due to construction at the station

We felt like there should be small bin in the bedroom- there was one very small one in the bathroom. Noise of train passing by, but not their fault at all!

I liked everything.

The hosts are so kind. Really interested in what I was going to do and how I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and also the location. So close to the trainstation, ideal to explore the Cinque Terre.

Quiet location, a little off the busy path in Vernazza, very close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Could purchase local wine in lobby and enjoy on choice of several outdoor terraces. Very nice breakfast, perfect items and cappuccino made to order.

The trains are really loud, as you are literally next to the train station (which is also a good thing). The Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room at all.

The staff is really nice, we could store our bagpacks before check-in and after check-out. The terrace was really cool and spacious, with lemon and lime trees. The shared bathroom was clean.

Very friendly, welcoming staff who are eager to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Since we were the first guest to arrive that day, the Inn staff showed us three rooms to choose from. We chose the room facing the train station. I wanted to hear the trains running through and stopping at the station. Suffice it to say, it didn't bother us and we slept well. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location; less than two minutes' walk from the train station.

There were no facilities in the room at all, not even a jug of water. Very small bathroom, no place to even hang clothes. The water did not heat up so we had to have cold water baths. Finally, advice to not travel with big luggage. No elevators at stations or in the property.

Very nice staff, especially Evelyn, who looked after us very well indeed. Loved the wonderful hot croissants we got for breakfast. Good location very close to the station.
