He helped us with restaurant choices and recommendations, and he was very gracious with us in the face of multiple travel schedule changes imposed by the airlines. The location was amazing with fantastic places to eat on the doorstep. The property has a lift which was a great asset. We enjoyed the air conditioning after being out in the heat ! Stunning views over Sienna ! If we were to stay in Sienna again we would definitely stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, just perfect !

Even if I think really, really hard I can not fault a single thing :-)

EVERYTHING!!!! This property was so very perfect: - great location, - a huge comfortable space - stocked with anything and everything you can possibly think of (as close to a real home from home that you can get). - very comfortable bed and very comfortable lounge is plenty seating space - spotlessly clean - lovely coffees provided and kitchen the was the best stocked kitchen if have ever visited on holiday. Our host, Federico met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything works. A lovely person and you can tell how proud he is of this property (restored by his parents, utilising varied period decoration - tastefully executed). The location was perfect within the walled city, but in a quiet street so all the attractions is within a short walk. This is one of those properties that really exceeded our expectations and we were blown away, we were here for 3 nights but could have stayed so much longer due to the absolute comfort of this place.

The home is beautifully and interestingly decorated, the location is superb, and suited the four adults and two children in our group perfectly. The beds are comfortable, the bathtub was enjoyed by our children and it was quiet during the day and night.

Amazing penthouse, wonderful location, excellent host. We stayed in a beautiful palazzo in the historical old town of Siena.The house is so nice and it has everything you need.When you leave the house you wander around the city having so many options.There are so many shops, cafe, restaurants within walking distance. The host of this property , Federico is just great, very welcoming and helping with different requests! It is wonderful place to stay to explore Siena and surroundings, a very convenient location, a stone throw to all the sights. Apartment is very special and has unique atmosphere, very spacious, huge, you will find all what you need there, form washing machine and a dryer to juicer and iron. We will come back!

Apartment is amazing! Large spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Coffee maker, tea kettle, extra kitchen amenities, shampoo, soap all in the apartment. We originally parked in Il Campo because we thought garage would be better but the host recommended street parking in Porta Romana which was so much better. We parked there next night. Cheaper and straight shot to the apartment with no hills - maybe 500 meters. Great host and good communication. Apartment is ideally located for a great stay in Siena!!

Unfortunately the owner was not very flexible with our arrival. We arrived very late at night (1am), and had to pay a 60eur fee for the late check in. Of course, the check in time is stated in the description, and we asked about this only a few days before arrival, but usually there is some flexibility. The payment method was also a bit sketchy - we were repeatedly asked to pay in cash, and when we declined the solution was to take a photo of our credit card, front and back. There was no issue afterwards, the correct amount was taken, but still it’s not a very professional or secure solution. It’s sad that we had this experience because otherwise the stay would have been perfect.

Beautiful, unique property! It’s very modern, but classic at the same time, it has a lot of character, and it’s very spacious. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything, and there’s a great bar right downstairs - in spite of that, the apartment is quiet.

This place is truly huge, with a fantastic kitchen and bedrooms. It was a short walk from parking to where we stayed but was not an issue, even in the rain. Our host was there to greet us, take us on a tour of the apartment and genuinely a very nice person. He assisted and waited with my family while we called a taxi. Thanks for a fantastic stay in Siena, you won't regret staying here.
