A minor point of safety was the step in the second bathroom which was not marked. Also, there was no bedside light in the main bedroom.

We had a wonderful first time in Como and it was mainly due to our accommodation! The host Livia was very pleasant and nice and helpful, she even recommended some restaurants for us to experience the local culinary culture. The apartment has very nice interior, the rooms were very spacious and well air conditioned- just like in the photos! The location was right in the middle of the town centre, which meant that there were a lot of restaurants near by which were walking distance, as well as pharmacies, gelato shop and souvenir stores. It was also near the ferry pier, so you can visit the other villages, and the cable car which took you to the top to see the Como scenery. The balcony had a wonderful view looking towards the Lake Como, so you could enjoy the sunrise/ sunset within the comfort of the accommodation! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Great location in Como close to everything. Despite being in the center of the main square off the ferry dock, the apartment was quiet as all windows are new. Good air conditioning -which is rare and very needed. Big rooms; high ceilings; 2 beautiful bathrooms; the basics for kitchen needs. Wonderful service from Livia who greeted us at the apartment and was available to answer questions as needed during our stay.

The only drawback to our entire two-week stay was that the bed was too hard. We sleep on a medium firm mattress at home, but this mattress left us with achy backs in the morning.

We stayed for two weeks in May 2022. The location is fantastic - right next to the ferry terminal and one of the train stations, with a great restaurant right in front of the building and multiple gelato shops within two to three blocks. The rental exceeded our expectations; the sunset from the balcony was beautiful (see photo), the rooms were clean and spacious, the automatic blinds on the windows helped block out noise and early morning light, and the AC was strong enough to keep us cool in high-80s temperatures. We also enjoyed being able to relax late at night by watching our favorite TV shows on the big screen TV (we brought our Apple TV and an HDMI cable from home and were easily able to stream Netflix, iTunes etc.). Livia was also very helpful - she gave us some good tips when we arrived, and ordered a taxi for us when we left.

convenience to all of the shops and restaurants. The apartment was luxurious. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay delightful. It was in the same building as 5 star Vista hotel which was double our price.
