Outdated rooms, Wi-Fi not working, when we booked our stay it was written that sunbeds on beach are included but when we arrived it was said that they charge 10€ per day. It wasn't really clean. A lot of mold everywhere in the room. Water in the pool was freezing cold. There were algee on the tiles of the pool. At dinner time we had to wait for 20 minutes to even be able to order our drinks and get a menu for dinner.

We didn't like the room, it was very old and very small, not too clean, no facilities and it was in the other building, not in the main hotel, as we booked. No elevator to the room, acces very unpleasant. We should have stayed more nights, but we decided to cancel after first night, as we didn't feel good at all, we payed triple room, but the sofa didn't have sheets and we used the room as double. The owner of the hotel wasn't kind and she was even arrogant and unfair. Definitely not come back and not recommend this place for a nice staying in Lido Di Jesolo.

The location was ok, the boy from the reception was very nice and helpful, but the management of the hotel offered us a very unpleasant experience.

Rooms and batheroom is dated. Dog can't go to the beach.

The dogs are welcomed but bot on the beach! The only beach where the dogs are allowed is 5 km away and requires extra driving and cost with parking and beach umbrella renting expenses.

The restaurant menu is excelent.

I booked a twin room (travelling with a mate) but they put us in a double and didn't have any twins available.

The location was great and their breakfast had a good selection. Each room also has an allocated umbrella and lounges on the beach which I really like.

The staff was helpful respectful and always available, the breakfast was amazing, a very complete breakfast, the pool was very nice plus the Beach pass, very useful and the parking place near by, a place where you can keep your car and be safe.

New sunbeds are desperately needed, it took us a while to find ones that weren’t broken. There is one lift for the whole hotel which is only big enough for 4 people maximum, so we spent a lot of time waiting for that.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping also very helpful. The location was right by the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely, very quiet and peaceful when we went. A decent breakfast with a good range of options. There were free bikes to use. We also got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise!

Our reservation explicitly stated three single beds room, we were charged for a three single beds room, but we were accomodated in a queen size bedroom. No refund on behalf of the hotel and not even a try to see the difference between one bed for 2 people and 3 single beds. And no option for WiFi.

One of the 2000 hotels in Lido di Jesolo, not very different from the rest. What impressed me most was the attitude of a single person at the reception desk - an elderly man, who took great care of the guests, although he did not speak English quite well.
