everything was good , also about an hour driving you can find Carrefour Store there you can buy anything you need, in the reception they don't tell everything but you get answer for anything you asked ,

The area is very beautiful. The host was very warm and we had everything. The room was very nice, we loved it. We had Netflix and for two rainy days, we relaxed. We will come back for sure!❤️

We found several socks from previous guests in the room, so cleaning could be better. The rooms could have had more lighting because at times it felt like living in a cave

The room for four had a nice layout and the beds were quite comfortable. The rooms were quite warm, although slippers could be provided as the stone floors are cold. Having a coffee pot was a bonus, we could make our own coffee. The shower was very nice with strong pressure. The children liked the swing in the outdoor area. The hotel is located in a picturesque location, a few kilometers from the ski lift.

Would benefit from some sound insulation. You can hear what is being said in the adjacent apartment.

Traditional timber frame and granite uber-chalets. Warm and well set-out spacious apartment. Bus-stop on the doorstep with complimentary service every 30 mins. Friendly and helpful staff. Car park. Ski room with boot dryer. Good value.

Some kitchen utensils were not designed for ignition oven. There wasn't a pan for ignition oven. This is the only minus. Please take into consideration that there isn't supermarket in Alagna. The nearest supermarket is 50 minutes driving in the direction of Milano. Better you bring all food and wine with you.

Great location, few stops by ski bus to the lift. Very warm, nice, clean room. Friendly staff.

Very nice and clean. Well equipped aparment and kitchen. Close to Alagna and host was super nice advising on where to eat and which walks were suitable for our family.

Ski area is really for experts. Very few options for beginners like ourselves.

Restaurants had wonderful, affordable food. Landscape is beautiful. Town is old and very charming. People in the area are very friendly and willing to help if you're in a tough spot. We had a minor car accident after a snow storm and all of the locals (police, hotel staff, people in the area) helped us in every possible way.

We had a spacious apartment on 2 floors with a nice view in both directions. It is in a quiet location, next to the Sesia river, a short walk from Riva Valdobbia village, small shops and restaurants. We preferred it to much busier Alagna centre. Staff was kind and helpful, there was plenty of parking place, the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs, and we liked the wooden "mountain" style of the apartment. It was a very good base for nice excursions in the area.

nothing to say really. At a push, you can hear your neighbours above you through the floor if they are noisy, but this is really not an issue, just me digging to find something!

- fantastic location with views in all directions. - very relaxed vibe - chalets made great use of space - hosts were very friendly - access to Alagna was easy - a lovely walk along the river for a couple of kms or lots of parking
