We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The living room/kitchen is shared space, which we didn't use at all but a great way to cross paths with other travelers.

Great location, just far enough away from the city center to escape the noise/business but close enough you can be downtown by tram in 10 minutes. The Airbnb was spotless, so clean. Our room had everything we needed. Beds are made and room cleaned daily. Great bathroom. Room has a little bistro set by the window, it's very quaint.

A fully-refurbished room in a refurbished apartment in an nice area just outside the city centre, and a very welcoming host and good facilities. The apartment is easily accessible from both the city centre and the airport.

Everything at this place was lovely! The rooms were cleaned everyday the common area was beautiful and filled with travel information and books to read. The room itself was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a perfectly working clean and lovely shower. Our room also had a sauna and my partner used it and loved it especially after a long day of eating😂. The host was so kind and helpful and accommodating, he made sure to send a message on booking explaining the instructions and once we arrived we were welcomed with treats and even travel recommendations and food recommendations. He gave us so many wonderful recommendations was so kind and friendly and we felt at home. The location was very close to public transportation we took the tram everyday to the centre didn't even need to use taxis and Francesco will explain all about the tram if its something you desire! There were new snacks everyday in our rooms and the common room, it was a lovely stay and we would recommend this place to anyone.

The property was really close to the tram that runs through Florence, so it was really easy to access. It also had a key into the building and a passcoded front door so we felt super safe. The host was really quick at answering us, and even gave us advice on what to see/ where to eat in Florence which was so helpful.

In a quiet location 30 minutes walk to City Centre or 5 minutes by tram. Very comfortable bed and Francesco was very helpful in telling us what to visit and where to eat in Florence.

I highly recommend this residence if you plan to visit Florence, everything is close, walking is the best option, but it is also close to public transport stations. The decoration is very nice and the room is very well equipped. Francesco is an excellent host, he recommended what to do in Florence. The room was always super clean. There is no food service, however there is a coffee maker, cookies and tea in the room.

Location. The apartment is located in a less bustling area(good it is quiet), 4 stops to SMN train station with tram T2. Better to travel with T2 if you don't enjoy half hour walk to the center.😂 Otherwise,it is a very good choice. Nothing to complain

The room and bathroom were spotless, exceptionally clean. The room was large for an European room. The service was excellent and communication was exceptional. There were snacks, water bottle and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The small boutique hotel was well decorated and included air conditioning and lots of lighting in the room. Location was a few minutes walk to the train station and easy to reach airport and city center. Neighborhood is not the best, but we did feel safe walking to and from the train stop, and the building was well secured.

Nothing to complain about! A short distance from the historic centre of Florence but very easy to travel on tram (~10 mins).

Lovely space, spotlessly clean, well decorated. Great amenities with a large and clean bathroom. Definitely check out Pugi the bakery across the road. Francesco is fantastic.

It was one of my best experience at Booking.com. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern. Francesco (host) is a wonderful person who does his best for guests. Before coming we were provided with full information how to reach the place, where to go, what restaurants are worth visiting. At apartment some biscuits were waiting for us 😋 All the time Francesco kept in touch with us and answered all our questions. Definitely I would come back to this place again Highly recommend ❤

Everything about Francesco's place was spectacular. Francesco was an extremely helpful host offering advice and help with anything we needed. His online instructions on getting to the accommodation were great. He was proactive and quick in responding to any questions we had and we used WhatsApp to communicate with him. The apartment was exquisitely decorated, our room was large enough to have a meal in. The bed is large and comfortable and the beautiful marble tiled bathroom just blew us away! The location is less than a 5 minute leisurely walk (with luggage) to the tram which takes about 8 minutes to the centre of Florence ... perfect. A/C in both our room and the shared living room/kitchen area. Francesco also provided free biscuits and snacks if you were peckish. We had the room with the sauna but with temperatures around 30 degrees for the entirety of our stay, we never had a chance to use it 😂 We have stayed at many places on our trip to Italy but Francesco's place tops all the others we stayed in, there is no comparison. We will be back here without doubt and highly recommend this place for couples. Thank you Francesco for providing such beautiful accommodation and for being the genuine and kind person you are. The bed mattress was a little bit hard for me, might be ok for others, but nothing that will prevent me to check if the property is available in our next visit in Florence :D

Francesco was a great host!l He helped with every question we had and gave us recommendations, thanks again! :) we liked that we could park close to the flat, much cheaper than in a parking and looks like a very safe area. Also the flat is very close to the metro, bus stops and there is a great bakery on the street behind. We were also happy to have a coffee machine and cookies in the room :D And everything was super clean :)
