However, for a hotel aiming for a higher-end feel, there were a few misses. The bathroom, while clean, had some staining, which brought down the overall impression. Additionally, some amenities often found in five-star hotels, like luxurious toiletries or in-room coffee makers, were absent. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wouldn't be our first choice on a return trip to Pisa.

This hotel is undeniably modern and fresh. The rooms are flooded with natural light, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. A big plus for a restful stay!

The fact that we obviously didn’t do enough research and it was closed season so the swimming pool and fitness centre were closed and the air conditioning wasn’t on despite it being 27 degrees

The rooms were not the cleanest. The hotel looks nice but when you get in you can tell it needs a renovation. Walls and doors need painting as it's chipped or warped. The staff I found a little rude but It seemed to only be with the non Italians.

It's was in a great location. Nice quick walk to pisa. The rooms were functional.

No pool. No spa or gym with jacuzzi. Certain aspects of a Four hotel standard were not present. No Robes, slippers, not a proper coffee station, no water to drink. No ports for phones.

Bfast and dinner was fabulous! Staff and cleaners were lovely.

It is located around 15 mins from the centre of Pisa, it has got a train station close by which is Pisa Rossie, this is around a 10 min walk. Supermarkets are close. Overall good, no pool facility it isn't a 5 star but nice enough

The price was too high for what was supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The room was quite comfortable but not up to the standard of 5 stars the hotel was promoting. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Scruffy room with allot of damages. Expensive parking, untidy garden and exterior. Breakfast was OK.

The door to enter the room was difficult to open and the concierge had to explain it and demonstrate (that is their standard practice). Lights in the bedroom did not work and found a bottle of bleach in the bathroom: considering we were travelling with a toddler and a 8 YO child, that is not pleasant as they could have used it thinking it was a normal soap. No complimentary offered for a 200$ room seems odd.

Sleeping room was big, with two separate spaces for sleeping. Bathroom also big enough. Plus also for the balcony with view of the Pisa tower

Having to change rooms. When we did change room TV , air con and lights didn’t work snd we asked several times for them to be fixed to no joy. The windows didn’t open and plaster was falling from the ceiling. Swimming pool looked disgusting.

Not much to do at the hotel.the restraint was open for breakfast and dinner choice ok but not expansive so we had to order out certain nite.but these are just small critics we loved our hotel and staff

Front counter staff was really good, though there was only one person and the wait to check in was really long. Also, when we phones from the room no one ever answered. We were missing things in our room- only got one pair of slippers, no coffee packets (we had a kettle)

Staff at the bar the lady she completely ignored our complained regarding the terrible burger that was cooked for us …. Came back using same bun and cold chips disgusting customer service …. The bar man and manager were friendly and courteous … I woukd t est from the bar …. Disgusting food ! The pool wasn’t clean at all as well so didn’t use …. Too many mosquitoes flying around be aware

No real negatives and we had a free upgrade to a suite which was great.

Hotel is about a mile from the Tower which we could see from our room. Fine for a walk in daytime but hotel called us a taxi to go out for dinner. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with dinner reservations. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

The cleaners did not do a good job. We stayed for 5 nights and there was an issue every day. They removed the soap and did not bring in new ones. Toilet paper or towels missing every day.
