On the breakfast were plastic plates, glass ect. Terrible for nature and also strange for us. There are no toilets in the lobby, so when you are waiting for transfer, you have to find toilets out from the hotel...

Location is in the centre and stuff is very friendly. Room was simple and clean.Old hotel, but ok, for this price.

The AC is rather old, a bit noisy and not very efficient. The hotel has a retro look, which we didn't mind, but some people might find off-putting.

The hotel is situated at an excellent place, between the old and the new part of the town. It's well connected by several bus lines to the train and bus station and the port. The sights and amenities are all close by, at the walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived before scheduled time. The breakfast was OK and decent. It was quiet at night so we had no trouble sleeping. Everything was as in the photos.

Air conditioner didn’t work properly leaving us cooking in the night. None of the staff seemed to be able or overly willing to help. Breakfast was the most inadequate to date, during our (6 month) travels

Loved the location. Close to shops, restaurants, the mall and the old city. I’m t was ideal and easy to find. The decorations were fascinating and perfect. The room was quite spacious and well fitted out. I liked the roller shutters on the windows.

The rooms are at the back, unrelated to the lobby in every way, with a depressing decor and lighting. The lobby makes it worthwhile. If the rooms had the style of the lobby, with authentic detail, it would be a design destination without equal.

Unforgettable, Stellar 60s / 70s decor in lobby in pristine condition. Very nice staff, especially the gentleman who makes coffee in the morning at the perfect coffee bar.

The room is small, the shower too small for a man of my size, I was actually not able to use it without concern about how to get out of there again. So I did not. It's dated. A lot. But OK, I guess, value is OK for the money. Rooms in Puglia are expensive, generally.

Staff is really friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Taranto, with everything in foot range.

The mattresses were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. The springs were so bad that the whole bed would sink in the middle. Asked for a large bed and they simply put two small beds together so there was this large gap in the middle that got larger and larger as you moved around. There were many mosquitoes, the lighting was poor and the flush on the toilet made loud noises for several minutes. The AC, when it worked, made an unbearable sound all night and there was a green light for the smoke detector that basically lit up the entire room at night...this hotel absolutely sucks and you will certainly not get good sleep. Way over-priced for what you get. You can get cheaper Airbnb nearby for MUCH BETTER quality than this hotel.

Excellent location in the centre of the town. Very nice and luxury building and lobby. The rooms are not that luxurious, but still ok and convenient. All the building is a very nice retro and I really liked it very much including the digital clock at the reception. Breakfast is included in price and it was ok. Good coffee and some other food as well. The breakfast was served fully in disposable plastic, not sure if this is an attempt to look good with respect to Covid19 or not to have to wash the dishes. In any case this doesn’t look good. I would prefer some retro porcelain…

Awful hotel, one of the worst value for money I've been in. Cheap and old furniture, dampness, mold, rust and bad smell make it an unexpected experience. Please note that the property's photos on Booking.com are cosmetically edited and different than what you're going to find at the location.
