Useless staff that didn't keep my written. reservation. Worse that useless customer care, who did offer 'another stay' but not a refund: their wrongdoing blthus became my problem

Avoid like plague. I reserved a parking space inside, the parking space was sold to another customer. I asked for a secure parking space in the area, they sent me to a place that was closed. Returning to the hotel, they told me they found another place that was open. I called them, they didn't answer a d in fact they were closed. I had to find another hotel, Cound not leave the car on the street as they suggested. And, they refused to refund me for the night I had paid. Booking.com despite all the written evidences refused as well to force the hotel to refund me. A waste of sleep on that night, a waste of money, ending with an honest- to-God review. Stay somewhere else.

Maybe the shower in room 309 could be adjusted to be hotter.

The breakfast grew on me, It’s different to what I’m used to. There was a good selection of very very good cakes, pastry’s, yogurts, fruit and cheese and bread. I’ve never tasted coffee as good as what was served to me in the bar, it’s a shame I didn’t have more time to enjoy the experience.

Somehow, my hotel room turned out to be double booked for the last night, and the staff decided to put me in a cheaper small room instead without communicating anything. After 20 minutes, I got the keys to the room, which I had originally booked, though I had to move to yet another room for the last night. There was no option for parking reservation during the booking, and the staff weren't answering my messages, so I had to call the hotel and sort this out. Soundproofing isn't very good.

Located near a subway station. Parking is available, but I had to jump through hoops to make a reservation in advance.

We arranged late check-in at 10pm which they were more than happy to accommodate as our flight from Gatwick was early evening. The staff were very friendly and it felt like more of a local hotel which was perfect. You must get breakfast, the choices were to die for. It's a 25-30min walk from central Turin but still walkable, though we notched up near 30,000 steps. A few blocks away from Valentino Park which is beautiful. Highly recommended for price, comfort, safety and breakfast.

- elevators were too small and in the last day we fall one floor with one of them, you need to do proper maintenance. - there are repeating works that are currently done in the hotel and for the noise there was no excuse or warning from the reception - we announced that we will miss the last breakfast and we asked if they could prepare us 2 paninis but we had no feedback on that

the property is in a nice area of town - easy to get to. It was my first time in Italy and the staff assisted with ordering cab and directions which made it easy to navigate Turin as a first time visitor. Comfort level was 10/10.

- The water pressure of the shower was extremely poor, it was taking ages to take a shower, especially if one had to wash their hair. Also the draining of the water in the shower was not working properly and you ended up with a mini pool in the bath when you were taking a shower - The hotel was very noisy: you could hear all the conversation and TV from the other rooms and you could also hear all the noise from the street

Room was fine but 2-way opening window only opens one way. I understand this due to the horrible view that was outside my room, but frustrating nonetheless. A generator of some sort was whirring most of the night, causing sleep to be disturbed

The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a wonderful stay. The metro station and the bus stop are very close, as well a supermarket is nearby too. Would come here again!

It was a very nice hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels in Turin. The staff was friendly and great to deal with. The room was incredibly clean and satisfying. Next time I visit Turin I will stay here a little longer.
