We loved absolutely everything. Beautiful and spacious apartment, very clean, you have everything you need , stunning views from the windows, beautiful surroundings. The owner is very kind, providing info about the area, suggesting where to go/eat etc. We had an issue with wi-fi, and the owner arrived after we texted him to resolve the problem. Besides the busket with groceries for the breakfast, we got welcoming wine, handmade cake and cookies, pasta and sauce in case we are to tired to go to the restaurant

We had a wonderful stay at La Fornace. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with a lot of thought about the small details. The beds were very comfortable and the kids had a great time in the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped, including products for our first dinner and home made cakes and cookies that were generously given during our stay Stefano the owner and Luisa were extremely kind and welcoming and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable and to help plan our daily trips in the area. We hope to return to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful scenary

Very beautiful country house and super welcoming owners. The room and kitchen are very nice, absolutely clean and equipped with everything needed. A lot of food in the fridge for breakfast plus fresh cake, bread, cheese, etc. each morning. Loved the moka pot, we had the tastiest coffee. The breakfast can be taken inside or outside, under the gazebo in front of apartment. Fantastic! The pool is delightful, super clean and we got the chance to use it several times although the water was a bit chilly, being October. The hosts are truly friendly and helpful. The nature around is lovely and the whole place is very quiet and peaceful. There are also several restaurants 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommend it, we had a wonderful experience at La Fornace!

It has spectacular view, thoughtful owner with the best history stories and recommendations. It is the calmlest place to stay for a holiday. You find your breakfast in the fridge, which is a wonderful thing! Make your food whenever you want with all facilities you need.

A typical Tuscan country house that offers a nice accommodation with all you need while enjoying your holidays. The pool is really well sized, super clean and the whole garden area is well maintained and beautiful to look at.

We were so excited that La Fornace was available when we booked our trip to Italy. We stayed for 5 nights and even though it was a rainy week, we explored every day. The owner, Stefano, refurbished an old brick furnace into lovely apartments that reflect the region. Each apartment has it's own private entrace and we were greeted with wine, cheese and other homemade goodies on our kitchen table. The apartment was so comfortable, quiet, and private. And the view was breathtaking. We highly recommend La Fornace to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at "La Fornace". This old furnace is restored with craftsmanship and turned into beautiful appartements. Stefano and Luisa gave us a warm welcome and were always eager to help and support.

The place is a little far off. Supermarkets and food options are also around 15 min drive away. Finding a place central in tuscany is anyway difficult so one needs to plan accordingly.

The farm stay was very comfortable with it modern facilities. The views of the tuscan hills is beautiful. Stefano and his team made us feel very welcome and were actively involved with providing the best possible service. It is good place to unwind and relax

Everything was perfect. The view from the apartment was breathtaking! Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, we had a bottle of wine, cake , cookies and homemade jam waiting for us upon our arrival. Everything you need for breakfast was in the fridge. Well equipped and clean apartments with private terrace, very peaceful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

A wonderful family run, farm based apartment (renovated from a brick factory) in rural Tuscany with views of mist covered mountains by day and clear starry skies by night. A place in some distance away from the "turistic heart of Tuscany". But in a quite short distance from "must visit" Tusacany places like San Gimigano, Siena and the others. A house build with modern technologies, but styled in the historical way. Every apartment has his own private entrance, with private patio a solution that gives a real feel of privacy. Our apartment with about 70 sqm, for 4 people, with AC, a large living room + kichen, and antresola as a sleepeing area. Then the pool, maintened in almoust pedantic way (cleanest outdoor pool I have ever used). A breakfasts as a food supplies preapred before arrive, to not to force guests to be prepared at thight hours. And at the end, a very helpfull, and kind employes and owner. Help you with everythink, give some advice about your stay in Italy. Also he is a real local guide, who help you to see everythink around. Give advice what is worth to see, what is underrated and what is overrated. Highly recommend this place, and this owner for your Tuscany holidays.

Stefano welcomed us in his beautifully renovated agriturismo and shared the full history behind it. He also gave us a lot of tips to discover the region: Chianti, Val d’Orcia, Siena … Our apartment was comfortable, with everything you need, and even more: there were some local products waiting for us in the fridge, and also a bottle of local produced wine. As it is situated in a nature resort, you can enjoy splendid views from your own terrace, and sleep peacefully. For sure, a place to return to in the future.

That's Tuscany! Wonderful place, with amazing host Stefano, where you can rest deep in the mountains and forests, a few kilometres away from any other people and civilisation (which is extremely rare in Tuscany). On one hand you have everything there - private, well hidden from others, apartament, perfect swimming pool and everything what you wish for breakfast inside your fridge. On other hand you have Frosini bar 0,5 km away (coffee, wine, cheese and prosciutto, etc.), many good level restaurants in 8-15 km distance and every important places and atractions of Tuscany within 1 hour drive by car.

Lovely resort in the Tuscany countryside. A well refurnised and renovated old brick factory. The reception was great, the room was very well equipped. A perfect place to stay for day trips exploring the various locations in Tuscany. Thanks to Stefano for taking good care of us!

it was such a relaxing location with nothing too much trouble for staff, fridge stocked for our arrival including wine was amazing meaning after a long day travelling we didn’t have to negotiate a supermarket

The entire facility is amazing! We spent 4 nights at La Fornace di San Galgano and the location was great, the apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and our room was right next to the pool. Best of all we got excellent tips from our hosts, particularly from Stefano. I know exactly were we are going on our next visit to Tuscany.

Beautiful house with great views. Stefano was nice and helpful. All products for Breakfast are provided in advance and fresh bread provided in the morning. Over all an excellent experience.
